Great location in a peaceful cherry orchard. Dog friendly. Only issue was that to get to 2 of the upstairs bedrooms, had to walk through another so it was a bit disruptive. Also, that bedroom was warm with no AC. Had a pwer failure while there but that was not the host's fault & he immediately refunded the one day since we had to leave early. I'd recommend this place as long as you are ok with the bedroom setup.

We had a great time at Swedish Orchard Farm. It's a short drive to Sister Bay and everything it offers. Porcupine Bay is also a short drive and great spot for sunset viewing. We really enjoyed taking the dog for a walk in the orchard.

What a wonderful place

We stayed for a week at the end of june with 4 adults and 5 kids. We had the best time . The house is spacious and the property is great to spread out and take walks in the neighborhood. The cherry orchard is beautiful and it is right next to the house. We used the Firepit every evening and enjoyed our time around the fire. A beach is not far away at porcupine bay, rocky but beautiful clean water and you can see the sunset every night.

Family Vacation

Very quaint, quite and great location. House had everything you could need on a vacation. Location is very close to Sister Bay and allowed us to explore all corners of Door County. We enjoyed the cherry orchard and time around the fire pit.

Great Sister Bay Getaway!

We had a large group staying here for a wedding celebration in Sister Bay and thoroughly enjoyed the property. The house has a wonderful historic charm - we loved the timeline displayed, showcasing the families that have owned it dating back to the 1800's. More than anything, we loved the property. With the attached deck, fire pit and access to walk the orchards, it provided wonderful opportunities to enjoy Door County's summer weather. The living room space was spacious enough for our entire group to enjoy late nights and early mornings. And, with a tightknit group like us, we didn't mind that the upstairs bedrooms/beds were close in proximity. Would highly recommend!

Lovely Farmhouse

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Swedish Orchard Farmhouse. It is situated in a great, quite location very close to town making all that Sister Bay has to offer easily accessible. The house itself is charming, clean and well maintained. Everything you would want on a Door County getaway including a firepit, BBQ and outdoor seating area are on the property. Peder the property owner was also exceptionally responsive regarding any questions we had prior to arrival and during our stay.
