Typical modernist style town house located in the old town of Sitges, just 3 minutes from San Sebastián beach and 10 minutes walk from the train station.

We redesigned the interior to make it more welcoming and sophisticated by painting the bedroom walls in a varied colour palette and recycling furniture from antique shops. The result is a fresh and vibrant space, which remains true to the overall modernist aesthetic. Named after the quintessential tropical flower "Bird of Paradise", it is a conscious retreat from the big city that reminds us to live life in joy and freedom, always true to our purpose. The house is conveniently distributed over two floors; on the ground floor there are the common areas and the kitchen, while on the upper floor there are 4 double bedrooms with artistic finishes and a full bathroom. Two of the rooms have a double bed and have been designed for couples; one is elegantly decorated with touches of gold and dove grey, while the main wall of the other has been painted with a thick striped pattern of white and indigo, a much more relaxed style. Both share a large terrace overlooking the front yard of the house with a surprise! A chill out space with an 8-seater dining table to celebrate an outdoor brunch or dinner under the stars. On this same level, on the other side of the house, there are 2 other bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, perfect for children or adults traveling together, but separate. You can choose between kelly green and magenta, that's the only difference between them. Both have large windows that allow sunlight throughout the day, as well as custom ceiling lamps and suspended wall coat racks. We wanted all the rooms to be unique and original and that's why we decided not to place the usual closets. Separating the double bedrooms from the single bedrooms is a full bathroom that opens onto the stairs leading down to the first floor. Here there is a dining room on one side and the kitchen and living room on the other. For this renovation, we naturally kept items that were in fairly good condition, such as the TV console, the hall sideboard and the bedside tables, so that we could restore them while capturing our personality in them. This is most evident on the ground floor, where we have kept the modernist patterned tiles on the walls as well as the trapezoid-shaped tiles on the stairs. The dining table can seat up to 8 people on vintage French chairs, purchased from a local stall that has closed its doors. Be sure to look in the mirror before sitting down at the table! Mirror, mirror…….which door do you open? This room opens directly onto the patio with artificial grass, Sitges blue walls and bamboo furniture. It is undoubtedly the best place to hang out with family and friends, as it includes a barbecue, a ping pong table, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. Under the shade of the pergola, the warm summer days, when the sun shines overhead, will feel as light as the sea breeze. Outside, sheltered by the upstairs terrace, there is also a storage room with a washing machine and a bathroom with a shower. Back in the dining room inside the house, we find two armchairs and a coffee table, the perfect combination for playing cards or sharing a drink. We haven't updated the kitchen, but we have included all the necessary appliances of modern life: microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and some extra storage. We added a vintage vinyl rug to continue the aesthetic of the rest of the rooms. Finally, just off it is a living room with a large TV screen and two sofas, one of which is also a double bed. All in all, it's a much more intimate place for overnight guests as well as a fabulous movie room. Ave Paraiso is a traditional 4-bedroom Mediterranean home with an American shabby chic feel influenced by the owners' background; each room will surprise you with genuine details and restored furniture. With central air conditioning and heating, the house is open all year round for travelers who will be able to find street parking. Main features:- Maximum guests: 10

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes required by Sitges Town Hall must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years old do not pay)
- Check-in time is from 3 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

Output information:- Check out time is 11am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.
