We loved our stay at Hotel Porte Fina! Here are bullet points as to why: • Very clean, modern hotel just outside Barcelona (about 500m!). It has a striking unique structure and in our particular room we could see the Olympic Stadium and tower the distance. • The breakfast! Freshly made each morning with a variety of eggs, meats such including fresh raw salmon slices, fruit, bread, pastries, standard juices and specialty juices (ginger/spinach/lime and orange/ginger/something else), 2 espresso makers and more. Great way to start the day! • Bed was very comfortable • It’s in a very safe, quiet area • As others have said, both bus and train stations are within easy asking distance. This made it highly convenient to get in and out of Barcelona proper. • Very close to a large shopping mall with man restaurants, cinema, etc. •The staff…they are so kind, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They know their way around and helped us get wherever we wanted to go via train, bus and taxi. All in all, we would highly recommend Hotel Porta Fina to anyone wanting a trip pace to stay in a quieter area where you can sleep well.
