Modern extremely clean hotel with well trained knowledgeable professional friendly staff. Well located for Sliema restaurants and amenities including the Valletta ferry which are all within walking distance. The fittings of the hotel are of very good quality, the bedroom reasonably spacious, comfortable bed, and everything worked with plenty of hot water for the shower. The breakfast buffet choice was extensive including barista prepared coffee and omelette made to order, and food of good quality. Our 4 nights stay was superb and really made our break. Highly recommended. The indoor swimming pool had a 32C water temperature and a warmer hot tub.

Everything was simply amazing, from the view, to the breakfast but most of all the staff who made the stay exceptionally special. Shout out to Mashud who was so welcoming at breakfast each day and went out of his way to make sure my parents were looked after. Chef Steve, fellow united fan and all round legend even ran to get us coffees in the morning when he didn't have to. Suhail is the true coffee machine. Fantastic barista making excellent coffees quickly and efficiently each day (and Priya too). Suraj topping us up like a pro during the complementary drinks and was nice to also meet Frederick the GM after his warm speech. Kuldeep also deserves a special mention for working tirelessly each morning and evening, serving the guests so well. Alexandra gave us fantastic tour advice im reception too. We even had a big hug. Really didn't expect to feel so welcomed and I hope we have a chance to come back again. Couldn't be happier with our stay, the staff worked so, so hard but always had a smile and kind word for us.

The entire hotel was there to serve The extra little things were there. Messages daily. Shaving kits, toothbrushes, fresh towels, room cleaned daily, washing service and every night a gift from management and a never ending supply of tea and fresh water. As a single mum these guys made my Christmas 🎄 I can’t thank the staff enough ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This hotel has the best staff we’ve ever encountered. We’ve stayed at many five-star and four-diamond properties, and the customer service here surpasses them all. Every team member—front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, and bar—is consistently warm, genuine, and eager to help. Their positivity is truly a breath of fresh air. The location is ideal, the rooms and amenities are fantastic, and it’s clear that ownership and management are doing something exceptional—please keep it up. A special shout-out to Maria Belen at the front desk, who went above and beyond during every interaction. Her contagious smile and unwavering friendliness made our stay even more memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely be returning.

Bed and pillows were very comfortable and breakfast was excellent, loved the fresh orange juice. We used the heated pool across the street even though it is the middle of November. Location is convenient to the ferry to cross to Valetta and the airport bus stop is just a short walk away. The only down side is that you can hear a lot of traffic and music if you have a sea view room.

Fabulous hotel. The room has everything we needed. The view from our room on the sixth floor was easily the best we've had from any hotel. Sunrise was absolutely stunning. The staff were all friendly, welcoming and professional. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to buses and ferries to Valletta and the rest of the island.
