Create timeless memories at this beautiful and cozy custom built home just minutes away from Center Hill Lake! Located on a three acre wooded lot with complete privacy. Wrap-around porches, sun-deck and large screened-in porch with sitting and dining area. This family-friendly, 4 bedroom (1 king, 1 queen, 2 twin XL, 1 double, 1 rollaway bed and 1 queen pull out in living room), 2,5 bath home is meticulously furnished in the southern French style by the European owners with your comfort in mind. Free reliable high speed fiber internet, Smart or Roku TVs available in most rooms, including on the screened in porch. The twin-XL bedroom has an Xbox with unlimited online game subscription. Walk right out of the magnificent master suite onto the sun deck where you’re surrounded by nature. Enjoy the morning sun on the deck and listen to the birds sing, while sipping your morning coffee. Keep warm at night around the gas fire pit on the deck. This home has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. A Keurig to brew your favorite coffee or tea, fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, electric water kettle, conventional coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots, pans, beautiful European dishes and more. Large variety of family board games, books and magazines, kids toys, electric fireplace with heat, large garden bath tub to relax in, washer/dryer for your convenience and much more. All linen, bedding and towels provided. Bookings with over 6 persons total will pay an additional $10 fee per additional person per night. Pets welcome for an additional fee of $25 + tax per day, no weight or breed restrictions (total of 3 pets max).

A playground with pavilion and dog park, with cookout area, are just a 2 min. drive away.

Great Place near Center Hill Lake

We stayed in this home for a long weekend to be able to boat in Center Hill Lake and come back to the house for evening meal and sleep. The house was very clean and had a nice quiet street. The house was nice inside and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The communication was great and responsive and check in with us to make sure everything was good. I would stay at this house again!

Really nice house, but too remote for us

This is a perfect house as far as a wonderful home to stay in and if you were looking for relaxing getaway. We picked this location as we felt it was an hour away from all the places we wanted to go. For us that just turned out not to be a great idea. We didn’t feel that there was too much locally to do, or any great place to go eat. But we also couldn’t explore too much because the week we were there, we had thunderstorms the entire time.

Perfect country getaway

This was a fantastic property for us and the pups to get away and spend some time on the lake. We loved being able to sit out on the screened in porch and it be so quiet. Great communication Form the management company and everything was exactly as pictured. Will definitely be staying again!

The best home ever.

First, let me say the pictures of this house are beautiful, but the home in person, supercede the pictures. The amenities were beyond plentiful, the house was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable, the decks are so relaxing, as well as the front porch. The area was very safe and a bit secluded, there were houses in the area, but not on top of you...we had privacy. Our experience there was just what we were looking for.....I wanted to live there. Very close to town. We met the owners, they could not have been more pleasant. This is our go to house whenever I'm in the area. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a great stay. I can go on and on...just book it if you want a very beautiful, spacious, and relaxing place to stay.

Memorial day weeken

We stayed here with multiple family members. The alternative was getting multiple hotel rooms. This allowed everyone to relax at the end of each day and enjoy each others company. The back deck and having a grill was amazing. Would 100% come back here in the future.

Lovely Peaceful Home

We stayed at the La Provence house for our trip to bury my uncle in our family cemetery in Cookeville. Originally we had rented a house in Cookeville, only for the host to cancel less than two weeks prior to our stay. That led us here to the La Provence house in Smithville! Needless to say, something frustrating and upsetting (the loss of the other house on top of the funeral) led to a wonderful remote location here at the La Provence house. My family and I loved the location, the scenery to and around the home, the up keep, and layout of the home. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood that is well maintained and nestled in the peaceful back on a cudsac, making the traffic almost nil. The home features a wrap around porch with many quiet sitting areas to view the beautiful nature around. The back porch is screened in with a lovely sitting area for many guests. My grandmother loved it out here and barely left the porch, uncless we were leaving to go out. The house is very much a home and you can feel the love that was inside the walls for those who grew up there. In addition, the host and/or property management staff were super friendly, accomdating, and super responsive when we had a question or needed assistance. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice family get away, some relaxing time with a loved one, or just a moment to clear your head and appreciate nature. Thank you so much La Provence house for a wonderful stay!

Ladies Retreat

We were there with a group of ladies from church. We cast our phones to the smart TV for our Bible study time. Everything worked great!! Accommodations were perfect for 6 women!! We cooked our meals and had everything we needed. We hiked and enjoyed the screen porch!! Thank you for letting us use your beautiful home!!

La Provence

Our family had a lovely stay at La Provence over the Thanksgiving holiday. We were impressed with how well equipped the home was - the hosts have thought of nearly ever detail you could possibly need for a cozy stay. We would definitely recommend, and consider staying here again.

Only used property to sleep. Didn't stay there hardly at all. Property needs a couple of stools to get into bed. Beds were too high to get in to. Also need toilet plungers. Don't understand why there isn't one. Other than that, good place.

This house was one of the best rentals we stayed in. The accomodations where outstanding, we had plenty of room with us 5 and 4 small dogs.The bed's where super comfy too. The best was the wrap around porch, so relaxing. The owners thought of every detail. Very clean too. The welcome goody basket was very nice touch. We hope to return again and spend more time there.

Hidden Gem Close to Nashville

Our annual Girl’s trip plan for 2023 was Nashville, Tn. However, Taylor Swift & other events had Nashville’s Hotels etc, sold out. We searched Vrbo and fell in love with this listing. We were to enjoy each other without the noise restriction of a hotel and so much open space. We have no complaints about the house. It was very budget friendly for us. Smithville Tennessee is a great small town. We loved the restaurant. Ace. We would recommend and consider staying here, again.

Disappointing

The house and location were very nice with great surroundings but there were issues. The first evening while sitting on the sofa in the family room I moved a pillow only to have a roach craw out. Not good! Later that evening we removed dishes from the cupboard for dinner and found food residue on several dishes. Same problem with the silverware. Will not do this again.
