The kitchen features butcher block countertops, brand new stainless steel appliances including induction cooktop and single oven, and is fully stocked for all your basic cooking needs. The single bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, large closet, and chest of drawers. The living room couch pulls out for additional sleeping if needed. Washer and dryer in the unit.

Sip your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the patio overlooking the waterfowl pond. The driveway, parking, and private entrance are located on the north end of the property effectively separating the apartment from the main house.

*Up to one dog welcome and must be pre-approved. $85 fee per stay
* No AC but plenty of fans and screened windows/doors to keep cool.
