It is an exceptional house for its large space and its great terraces, which makes it special for families or groups of friends who wish to meet to spend their holidays.

It has a large living room with fireplace, air conditioning in each of the rooms and in the large living room, optional central heating, a large independent kitchen.



In total there are 6 bedrooms, two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with three single beds, two bedrooms with two single beds and one with a single single bed, four bathrooms (three en suite). Around the house there are spacious terraces, to spend pleasant evenings there is a porch with sofas, and an outdoor dining room with a large table next to the barbecue to enjoy delicious meals.



A pool of 48 square meters, with a spacious terrace for sunbathing will delight young and old.



Our vacation home services include changing sheets and towels for stays longer than 7 days, cleaning the pool every 2 days and final cleaning of the house.

É uma casa essencialmente tranquila, sem vizinhos por perto, está localizada em uma grande propriedade que inclui várias áreas naturais de proteção especial.

Destaca suas vistas maravilhosas para contemplar o pôr do sol sobre uma extensa plantação de pequenas oliveiras.



Está localizado a cerca de 9 km de Cala Ratjada e a 4 km de Son Servera. Da estrada para a casa, a estrada de acesso não é pavimentada, no meio da natureza.

Existem vários campos de golfe nas proximidades: Pula, Canyamel, Costa de los Pinos.

Nas cidades próximas de Cala Millor e Cala Ratjada, você encontrará restaurantes e lojas abundantes.

Você pode visitar os mercados semanais, os mais próximos são: em Son Servera, Capdepera, Artà, Cala Ratjada.

As praias mais próximas são: Canyamel, Cala Ratjada (tem um porto de pesca), Cala Millor, Es Ratjolí (especialmente pequenas e reservadas).



Rural house in full nature, you must have your own vehicle with which to access the farm. It has large areas for parking in front of the house.
