Welcome to this fantastic villa, for 6 guests and with private pool, at only 200 meters from the beach and 1.6 km away from Cala Bona.
The exteriors of this country house invite to rest, since it has a big private salt pool, 10 x 5 m and 1 to 1.8 m deep, surrounded by astonishing views through field and mountain. In its surroundings, there are 6 sun loungers to sunbathe and a cosy porch with sofas to have a coffee or a glass of wine while chatting. After some steps, there you have a construction, where a porch invites you to organise pleasant evenings. On the other side of the house, another porch leads you to the interior.

You will be welcomed by a room, in the purest Mallorcan style, which combines the living room and the kitchen. Here you can prepare delicious dishes on the ceramic hob and take a break from watching SAT-TV. Then you enter the rustic dining room with space for 6 guests. The laundry room offers washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms equipped with wardrobe, fan for the summer months and heater for the winter months. One of them has a double bed and the other two have two single beds. One of the latter has an en-suite bathroom with shower. Finally, a second bathroom with bathtub serves the whole house. A cot and high chair are available.

This country house has a fantastic location since it is in the countryside, offering tranquility, and at only 850 meters away from Ses Barreres beach and 1.6 km from Cala Bona, where you can find all the essential services such as bars, restaurants, supermarket and much more. The golf course of Son Servera is also at 1.9 km.

A wonderful holiday in an ideal location for us.

A truly wonderful stay in the perfect location. The pool was absolutely delightful and a godsend in the high Majorcan temperatures! Would definitely stay again.

Tolle alte Finca mit grossem Garten.Der Eigentümer hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Die Finca und die Einrichtung sind wirklich sehr alt. Keine Klima oder Heizung. Im ganzen Haus war es im Mai relativ kalt und feucht. Uns hat es nicht gestört da wir die meiste Zeit draussen am Pool oder im Garten verbrachten. Die Küche ist sehr minimal ausgestattet. Für uns okay da wir nur frühstücken und am Abend in den umliegenden Restaurants essen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in unserer Unterkunft.

Tolle Außenanlage in toller Umgebung

Die Villa war sehr groß und geräumig, der Eigentümer hat uns herzlich empfangen. Der Außenbereich ist wirklich ein Traum und lädt zum verweilen und erholen ein. Durch die dunkle Einrichtung ist es im Haus ein wenig düster aber wann ist man schon im Haus. Alles in allem war es ein toller Urlaub, in wundervoller Umgebung mit einer traumhaften Außenanlage.

Sehr geräumiges und ruhiges Haus mit tollem Außengelände. Alles da was man benötigt. 😊 Es war lediglich etwas schwierig das Haus mithilfe der angegebenen Adresse zu finden.
