Wasn’t fond of 2nd class treatment of renters who rented a little quiet scooter. Not allowed past the gate. SOV is a nice development but they want to act exclusive while enriching themselves being inclusive.

Great Stay

Great condo, close to both Cabarete and Sosua. Unit is in the beautiful community of Sosua Ocean Village. FYI - You have to pay additional to access amenities at the community but does not take away from a great property.

Sympathique mais...

Nous sommes restés environ une semaine à cet appartement et sommes assez mitigés quant à notre séjour. Les points positifs : - Emplacement idéal dans une résidence calme- Espaces extérieurs agréables avec une piscine nettoyée tous les jours Points négatifs : - Nous ne nous sommes pas vraiment sentis accueillis dans l'appartement. Aucune attention particulière, pas même du café ou encore sel et du poivre pour cuisiner quoi que ce soit, pas de torchons dans la cuisine pour s'essuyer les mains ou faire la vaisselle....- Nous avons été déçus par le manque de soin apporté au logement : réfrigérateur plein de givre, siège de toilettes mal fixé et rafistolé avec du fil de fer, une hotte qui ne fonctionne pas...- Nous avons dû faire face à plusieurs coupures d'eau (bien souvent, il n'y avait pas d'eau quand on se réveillait le matin) et d'électricité. Cela dit, je concède que cela n'est sans doute pas du fait des propriétaires.En bref, nous avons gardé un esprit positif et passé de bonnes vacances, mais nous avons trouvé que, pour le prix demandé, certaines choses étaient tout de même à revoir.
