This Vacation Group Rental House with 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms is located in a little part of the Natural Paradise in Sosua (Municipality of Puerto Plata - Dominican Republic), with a size of approximately 7500 square feet of construction, and about 24700 square feet of area of recreation. The Holiday Villa has two private swimming pools, is within walking distance of the beach and is a few minutes by car from all the multiple services (Beach, Restaurants, Shops, Nightclubs, Bars, Supermarkets, Gas Station, etc.)

The villa can be rented with a smaller number of rooms (minimum 4 bedrooms, and those that are not used are blocked), and the price can be reduced accordingly.
Some rules of the house:
- The Villa is extremely comfortable for guests, you can invite anyone (without additional charge). The maximum capacity of one night is 2 adults per room.
- Pets are allowed with an extra fee.
- Smoking is allowed only in the outdoor areas.
The daily rental rate includes all charges, also electricity and daily cleaning service. Other optional services (chef, driver, car rental, etc.) can be arranged upon request. A cleaning fee of 60 euros will be added for the only time to the rent. Only a small advance is required to confirm the reservation, and the balance can be paid at the time of check-in!
