Newly built studio apartment in Wakefield, Rhode Island – a 10 minute drive to Narragansett Beach or the University of Rhode Island. Easy access to the Block Island ferry and all of the tourist sites of Newport. On a quiet street but close to shops and restaurants – walking distance to Whaler’s Brewing. Attached studio apartment with private parking and private entrance. Full kitchenette with brand new fridge, stovetop, and microwave. Loveseat for watching television. Very large walk-in shower with glass door, new bathroom vanity and toilet. Remote controlled AC/heating unit and ceiling fan. Apartment has a private washer/dryer unit. Full cable and wireless internet. Comfortable for two adults with queen bed.

Studio Apt. is definitely excellent, air conditioned and has Fios cable TV. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is really nice. Kitchen is complete with all the utensils. It is located in a quiet neighborhood which is a plus. We've stayed several times and can easily recommend booking your stay here.

Well-appointed apartment

The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was beautifully finished as a bonus. Especially appreciated there was a full fridge/freezer, quality air conditioning, beautiful tile bathroom, comfortable bed. We enjoyed all the area has to offer including Jayd Bun, Whalers brewery (these were a good combo), distillery, coast guard house, Celeste, Surf Shack, Samudro Micro Spa, Wakefield Art Festival (June), Black Point Trail, Tri Pond Nature Center, walks along the towers, downtown Wakefield (Brickley’s Ice Cream, Saugatucket Park, The Glass Station).

A true Gem

I had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect, close to both URI and the beaches, making it super convenient for students or beach lovers. The room itself has a luxury feel and was spotlessly clean, which made it even more enjoyable. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. The small kitchen, along with a washer and dryer, had everything I needed for a short or long-term stay. Highly recommended!
