We were disappointed on two points. We choose this location, an hour away from our final destination, because it had a pool, sauna and a full buffet breakfast. We even called to confirm the pool & sauna were available. When we got there the sauna was closed & there was a sparse breakfast offering (due to lack of staffing). We were not offered a reduced rate. On Sunday morning the coffee ran out an hour prior to the end of breakfast. I went to the desk to inform the attendee. I had to repeat myself three times, as she was more concerned with her personal, cellphone call.

Hotel was clean and remodeled. Mirror crooked. New Wall paper was already torn. Door was hard to close. Not dirty but not professionally remodeled.
