Loud beds

The room was fine the only issue is the beds all have 100% metal frames, every time you move or get out of bed especially in the middle of the night it sounds like a thunderstorm. They also stick out too much and you tend to bang you leg against them. Mattress is comfortable but frames are terrible

The hotel was clean and safe. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautiful. The beds were soft and comfortable. We loved the pools especially the indoor pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay there again.

There was an issue the first night with the room across the hall from me around midnight. I considered calling 911 but someone must have called as I heard a loud “Police” then things began to settle down. Very upsetting. Being on the second floor with a heavy suitcase was not ideal for a senior citizen which I am. I saw no sign of an elevator. Second and third nights were fine as was everything else.

8/21/25 stay.

Bathroom door would not latch, it squeaked and you had to force it to close. Very little room on the bathroom vanity top to put things. Noise from the 2nd floor room was excessive. Could hear the thud of every foot step.

Aging hotel, mildew smell

Charged us extra $50 for 3 people in a room that was rated for 4 people. Room smelled of mildew with aging AC unit that sounded like a plane landing every time it kicked on. Window had a big crack in it which made it hard to open for air. "Free" breakfast was worth about that - completely picked over by 8:30AM. Worst coffee on the Cape. Indoor pool was warm but crowded and full of paint chips. You have to work hard to be this bad.

Great location, rooms are clean, bathrooms are upgraded and relatively new. Very nice indoor pool with perfect water temperature, very comfortable to swim. Sauna and hot tub is a huge plus! Outdoor pool seems nice too. The only thing that I’d highlight that needs improvement is breakfast; food choices were pretty limited
