Enjoy our renovated cape escape all to yourself. Centrally located just minutes from beaches, bike trails, shopping, and supermarkets, Breezy Vibes is a perfect home base for exploring the Cape. We love having coffee and cocktails on the screened-in backyard porch overlooking the marsh. After a day at the beach, come home and clean up in our brand-new outdoor shower before grilling some surf and turf meals on grill. With 3 bedrooms, a roomy living room, and dining room that can easily double as an office, Breezy Vibes Cottage is perfect for family vacations.

Due to the coronavirus, we are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

This is a recently renovated 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage, with a screened-in back porch overlooking the marsh. There is a full kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, a living room with a fireplace, and a dining room. The Wifi is strong and there is a large cable TV in the living room. The backyard has a brand-new outdoor shower, a grill, and a table with seating for 6. Beach chairs, toys and a cooler are available for your use. Access the property though your personal code to the front door. I am always available by phone or email to answer any questions.

The closest beach is located 3/4 mile from the cottage, less than a 15-minute stroll.

To assist with safety concerns due to coronavirus, we are encouraging our guests to bring their own towels and bed sheets (1 King, 1 Full, and 2 Twin). Alternatively, we can provide towels and sheets for a $75 fee.
