Cindy is a fantastic host and provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. The house is located in a fantastic area, with a short 15-20 minute walk to Thatcher Beach on safe neighborhood roads. The beds were comfy, the A/C was SUPER cool and the outdoor shower was so nice after a long day at the beach.

A wonderful quiet and clean place to stay. We enjoyed the back yard with the outdoor shower and patio, and if the weather was more cooperative we would have enjoyed the fire pit. About a 10 min walk to the beach and just a short trip to just about every good restaurant in town. Owner was super communicative before, during and after. Great place to stay!

Cozy Retreat!

This home is the perfect cozy get away and close to everything. The neighborhood is quite and very friendly. Short walk or drive to the beach. Cyndi was an absolute pleasure to work with and very responsive to messages. We will definitely be coming back to next year!

Adorable Cape cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this extremely clean, beautifully updated and well kept cottage. I loved drinking my morning tea and reading in the sun porch - so peaceful! The central AC was a blessing on the hot days - especially after getting back from the beach! The beaches and plenty of restaurants are just a short drive (highly recommend Captain Perkins for a sit down meal and Mike’s Roast Beef & Pizzeria - delicious Greek style pizza!). The host was extremely responsive and sent a greeting message after we arrived to make sure we got into the cottage okay. My daughters (15 & 20) and I will definitely be back!

Great Cape home in good location

We had a great stay at this cute quintessential cape home over the 4th of July. It’s within about a 15 minute walk to the beach and really close to all the amenities on route 28 in south Yarmouth. Cyndi was responsive and easy to get in touch with. She helped us out with linens for the beds (note that they are not included) but we were flying in and didn’t bring them since we didn’t realize this until we were already here. The house reminds me of spending summers on the Cape growing up, with a great sun porch and fire pit. I would recommend booking for anyone looking for a great Cape vacation spot.

Lovely little home

Lovely little home in a quiet area; close to all of the attractions in Yarmouth. The beaches are nearby and other towns such as Dennis and Hyannis (check out main st.) are also convenient. We stayed with 4 adults and 2 kids. I think 6 people would be the max I would recommend. 1 bathroom and the kitchen is on the small side but overall would recommend this house!

Great stay at Bass River cottage

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip at the Bass River cottage. It was a great location in the cape, very close to the South Yarmouth beaches and mini golf. The owner of the house was very nice and accommodating. The cleanliness of the house was excellent!
