We had a wonderful stay at Riviera Beach Resort! The resort was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we had a fantastic time. We also had dinner at Jonah's, and our waiter, Allistair, was outstanding. He was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service that made our meal even more enjoyable. We highly recommend both Riviera Beach Resort and Jonah's, and we can't wait to come back!

We loved staying on the beach. The accommodations were perfect. We didn’t like the room without a microwave and the parking was not good for handicap parking. Only one down near our room. In general the parking that you had to pay for and wasn’t mentioned at registration was not good.

The Riviera Beach Resort in South Yarmouth, Cape Cod was excellent. The room was large with stylish and contemporary furnishings and very comfortable beds. The amenities were top notch, being directly on the beach was wonderful. Also, very close to excellent restaurants, including Skippers, was great. The complimentary beach loungers and beach umbrellas setup on the beachfront was awesome as well. The only thing that I would improve is the cable tv option. It was Comcast Business Class and did not include, ABC, NBC, CBS or ESPN and had a lot of redundant and useless channels. All in all a wonderful 2 day getaway at this fantastic resort!

Location is really great, right on beach which is clean and well maintained. Generally everything functions and rooms were spacious and clean. However we went in June and lots of the facilities were not open, so there was just one choice for breakfast etc. The staff at reception didn’t all seem to realise that some of the facilities were shut. Also when we got our room cleaned they took a bag of souvenirs we had purchased and I presume threw it in the bin. It was quite annoying having $100 worth of gifts thrown away in exchange for getting the sheets changed,

The beach at this place was phenomenal and the folks at the desk were really nice. We were relying on going to their restaurant (Jona’s) but they said for some reason they weren’t able to open that morning/midday (would be open only in evening) so we didn’t get to try it, that was unfortunate since we were counting on it. The next morning my son went to the breakfast café but couldn’t get anything because they’d decided to close 5 minutes early. Again, very disappointing when you rely on a schedule. The pools and the beach were anwesome and the ocean view (seen in the pic I posted)we had was so peaceful and gorgeous. We’d definitely come back again but hope the restaurant & breakfast place will open during the full hours advertised next time!

When booking I requested and was confirmed to be ocean view first floor and upon check in was given second floor . I was not able to get right on the beach because all rooms were booked. Otherwise stay was good. I was also surprised that our room rate did not include one parking spot and had to pay an additional $25 per night to park. I'm not sure any guests walk there so everyone will have a vehicle.
