Rooms need a extreme makeover - bathroom pipes and drains sound crazy… filthy towels and overall room … allergies risen.
Bar and food really good … restaurant was a nice place to spend time
I was initially disappointed as the photos advertising the hotel made it look like it was at the harbour, when actually it was on a busy traffic island! However every single member of staff was absolutely adorable and friendly/helpful! It really did make our stay x. Thank you
Sam offered a very warm & efficient welcome & check in, especially as our flight had arrived very early & so we were very early to check in.
Additional requests were also remedied with no disruption or feeling like we were being awkward. Good job Sam!
I didn’t go there because I read your previous reviews and wanted a refund because it was not that Leonardo Hotel I wanted but you declined. I hope you used my £120 and bought some cleaning products with it and put the heating on !!!
Staff try very hard to offer good service however the Hotel is so old and has many maintenance issues!
Bathrooms old, small noisy plumbing
£12 upgrade charged at £50. New room was the same as the Standard.
Bed was comfortable
Location was close to Port and Shopping centres.
Hotel Restaurant - would not recommend.
Staying elsewhere for our next stopover.
