The deak staff at check-in was barely interested, greeting us with 'Hello. Surname?' She gave us a very cold, recit3d explanation of the facilities and told us the wrong time for breakfast. The room was literally filthy. Black mold and mildew were covering the shower curtain, shower curtain liner and spattered all over the walls and ceiling. There was soap scum dripping down the sides of the cracked, peeling tub and the broken, crusty handles.
The vinyl desk chair was peeling and the cordes feom the desk lamp were covered in dust and cobwebs. There were greasy smears and dirt all over the walls and wood work. What looked to be red lipstick was smashed into the rug, basebaords and wall. You could literally see the dense layer of dust in the rug under the bed, just beyond where a vacuum would reach it appeared to be years of grime and build up.
Upon our arrival reception informed us breakfast was 7:30 to 10:00 am. We arrived for the buffet at 9:40 and were told by the server that breakfast ended at 9:30. There was a woman who appeared to be the Managress watching as the young server tried to explain and help (but staff was already having there meal) and she did nothing to assist...it was awkward. He was really nice about the mix up and tried to accommodate us but we chose to just have a coffee since we didnt want to interrupt staff break. The common restrooms in the bathroom area are not well kept at all and the rugs look like they haven't been cleaned in years.
