Incredible service, comfortable beds, plenty of pillows! House baked continental breakfast, free mini-fridge with plenty of snacks and drinks, in-room Nespresso and kettle for complimentary tea and coffee. Gorgeously decorated. Just perfect!

Lovely room with a gorgeous marble bathroom. Great pubs and restaurants nearby. We loved the fresh pizza and draught beer at the London Road Brew House andfor dinner, Smugglers'.

One of the most wonderful hospitality experiences I have ever had. Good hotels make you feel welcome and appreciated, this hotel goes so much further and made made me feel cared for. Truly exceptional in every sense of the word. Every single member of the staff was delightful, warm, helpful and kind. A truly delightful stay in every sense. From being greeted at the door, easy and relaxing reception, to the beautiful rooms with every amenity thought out to perfection, and the most delicious, warm breakfast delivered to your door, the comforts felt here will warm your heart.
