"Hotel needs a deep clean and facelift! Our room was dirty when we checked in, black hair all over the bathroom floor, tons of dust and dirt on the floors. The beds were old and uncomfortable, with only a thin blanket. Even the toilet paper was awful. The restaurant however was good, we enjoyed the food and the breakfast. "

"The hotel was nice. The security features need some work. The card scanner to operate the elevators was not functional, allowing anyone access to the elevator up. The area surrounding the hotel had some people who made me feel uncomfortable. The hotel itself was otherwise satisfactory."

"I am writing to report a noise issue coming from a party or gathering downstairs. The music and noise are extremely loud and can be clearly heard inside my room. It is currently making it very difficult to sleep. I would appreciate it if you could address this situation as soon as possible."

"The location and surrounding amenities are perfect. Lots of places to eat and coffee shops. It’s just over 8 kms to Roger’s as well. The rooms require a major update and overall are in poor condition. They were however relatively clean and acceptable as far as that is concerned. Due to this I feel it is overpriced. "
