This waterfront vacation house includes 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and boat space. Great views of sea life and sea birds. This vacation house is boat access to the gulf. Enjoy kayaking, swimming and fishing, Beaches, Hiking, local, State Parks (Week Watchee's spring and recreational park). If you love to go fishing there are plenty of affordable boat rentals and boat charters. Later, enjoy the nearby restaurants on the local canals, for music and delicious meal. There's something for everyone.
Amenities include full kitchen, bar room, laundry (wash and dry, iron and ironing board), hair dryer, hair straightener, beach and bath towels, kayaks, lounge chairs, picnic table and chairs, as well as use of the yard, dock space, driveway and garage. Own or renting a boat? No problem, dock space is included.
Other amenities include vacuum and cleaning products. The Mermaid Beach House.
Guess can access the dock space either with kayaks or a rented boat. Also available are floating devices for the beach and lifejackets for the kayaks. They can enjoy the patio and bar area, as they have access to the whole house.
