Our stay was not pleasant at all. I am displeased with this hotel stay. When we first got into our room there was a dirty sanitary napkin in the bathroom on the shelf under the sink. When I informed them, they had the housekeeper come clean it up. I asked her to wipe the bathroom down again and bring clean towels. She brought new towels but they were all dirty. I attached a picture of the dirty towels. We tried wiping down the counters ourselves and found lots of dust. The linen on the beds didn’t smell fresh. We slept on top of the 1 blanket that we was given last night. The room has cold air flowing through the windows. Air was flowing through the bedroom all night. All of this caused use to have congestion in our throats and chest. The sink was cracked, and the tub was stained. We woke up early and checked out as soon as possible. I emailed the hotel all of this and have not gotten a reply.

We got there in the room was on second floor at the end of the hallway and the lady at the front desk gave us a room around the corner because we had someone that had was handicapped and did not charge us extra I thought that was very nice of her

First, we were given a room that wasn't clean or ready for guests. Then we were moved to a different floor and room that smelled terrible. This is supposed to be non-smoking, but it was clear the room had smokers in it before. The room was also cramped, and the shower was nasty. The breakfast was edible, but the lobby area was muggy because there was no AC on.
