Excellent base for a chilled holiday

We had a lovely 1 week stay in this apartment. The view was stunning and it was great value for money. Whilst Bugibba is built up, we were on the 7th floor and right on the sea front, so had uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean. The balcony was large and ut was great to have outside space to sit in the sun, but beware if you have vertigo! These were stunning. The location also served as an excellent base for trips to all the best tourist spots on Malta and Gozo. The public bus service was reliable, frequent and cheap. It also ran late into the night. The apartment had everything you need for a home from home stay and was well kitted out. The host were very easy to communicate with via WhatsApp and helped us plan our stay. The guest info in the apartment and via messages sent by the hosts was excellent. The internet was fast and we had all the UK cannels including Sky on the TV. A couple of small siggestions, there was only one small couch and if there was more than 2 of us, it may have been difficult to chill comfortably. It would have been good to have a small amount of basic cooking ingredients, eg oil herbs etc, the 'fun park' below us was closed as it was end of season, I can imagine, it may have been noisy during peak season.

We stayed in the apartment for 10 days in November 2024. Everything was well explained regarding access to the apartment. A welcome drink in the form of a bottle of red wine immediately put us in the holiday mood. The apartment has a fantastic view of the sea and the islets .Public transport is a few minutes away (departure 400m, arrival 70m) from the apartment.There are restaurants nearby where you can get English breakfast (€6.5).A 500 meters away you have a SPAR open 24/7 if you want to do some shopping. The employees are easily accessible if you have any questions. Airport transportation is also available on request. The area was quiet, there is a fairground attraction bumper car that sometimes provides some ambiance, but around At 11:00 PM it is quiet there. I cannot say anything negative about it. You can stay there with 4 people, but it is ideal for a couple. We will go back.
