This spacious 170 sqm - brand new modern and minimal apartment is the perfect choice for friends or family with up to eight persons who want both, to be in the heart of Malta and at the same time have privacy.

It is located in the main area of Xemxija directly on the seafront with just a few steps from bars, restaurants, lido, grocery stores, and daily needs. It is central but very quiet. Situated on the 1st floor of new construction, finished in the middle of 2019.

In this apartment, priority has been given to the high standard interior design. Τhe spacious living room area includes an open plan and fully equipped modern kitchen, a comfortable lounge area, a modern sofa, a TV plus a Smoking area.

A bedroom with a double bed can add a crib, a second bedroom with a double bed and space for a crib, third bedroom with a double bed and space for a crib. All bedrooms include balconies.

Air-condition is eqquiped in every bedroom and kitchen/living room.

Both bathrooms have a bathtub and shower facility.

There is one large door in the big living room that makes all the area bright. In combination with the one inside deck balcony with a magnificent view of the seashore and all the area.

The best beaches in Malta are all situated in this part of the Island - and a fifteen minutes bus ride from the apartment will take you to the Golden Sands Beach or Riviera Bay. Furthermore, the apartment is only a few minutes away from the beautiful sandy beach of Ghadira, which enjoys Blue Flag status.

The property is located in Xemxija, a step away from Mellieha village which was proclaimed a European Destination of Excellence in 2009. Mellieha hosts Malta's largest sandy beaches & a number of rocky beaches too, it is ideal for swimming and diving, is situated close to a number of archaeological sites & Malta's sister island, Gozo. The unique geography of Mellieha is also characterized by large tracts of arable and uncultivated land. This, coupled with Malta's mild winter climate, offers the opportunity for some highly relaxing and enjoyable country.
