Madeira Beach Yacht Club #261G - Please note that due to the 2024 hurricane season, there is construction at Madeira Beach Yacht Club as the ground floor units are repaired. Unit 261G is ready for guests but please remember that there will be construction on the property, per the Yacht Club's Board of Directors. Both pools are open.

Newly updated 1 bedroom 1 bath 665 sq. ft. waterfront suite at Madeira Beach Yacht Club. Convenient & quiet second floor walk up with water views from the private balcony. Offers one queen bed in bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in living area (best for children. Sheets for the sleeper must be requested at time of booking). All new flooring, updated full size bath, new solid surface kitchen with upgraded cabinetry. New range and refrigerator. Fully stocked kitchen with all dishes, utensils and pots and pans. This condo does not have a dishwasher. There is no icemaker but there are ice trays. New furnishings throughout. Washer and dryer are in the bathroom. Please note that lost fobs will incur a replacement fee of $70, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.

Please note there is no phone in this condo. Free high speed internet and HD television. It is an easy walk to beach from Madeira Beach Yacht Club. By far the best deal on a one bedroom condo in Madeira Beach. Multiple fishing docks, adjacent to city park. Easy walk to supermarket, drug store, library, restaurants and bars. Property is just a short walk to the beautiful Gulf beaches.

* Guests are required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts before a reservation can be confirmed.
* The condo association requires a guest application and approval prior to arrival. Applications must be completed and returned within 4 days of booking to avoid cancellation. The required non-refundable $100 application fee is included in the booking cost.

Approximately 2 miles north of John's Pass Village! The village is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. It's 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Great spot!

The condo was exactly as advertised. The location was ideal, with a short walk to the beach, shopping and local restaurants. The yatch club had many amenities to use. A very safe property, that I would highly recommend.

Love the location. Easy access to beach and tourist attractions.Condo was okay, kitchen said it was well equipped but it was not. Also everytime we cooked in the small kitchen smoke alarm would go off because it was located 3 feet from stove. Also I cleaned and mopped floors constantly and our feet were still black and so were our socks.

Beautiful location!

As soon as we walked ìn we were so pleased. Felt so comfortable. So clean, updated. Beautiful view of the marina. Enjoyed reading my book out on the deck. Close to all beaches and places we like to go. Can walk to beach but we're older and hard to carry e erything so we drove. Can walk to area Winn Dixie and local bars. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The room was very clean (the only exception was the rug in the living room was very dirty).We did let the staff know on check out who were going to arrange a deep clean on it. Everything else was spot on. Kitchen facilities were very good, with a good sized fridge and washing machine and dryer which came in very handy. The balcony was great, overlooking the water. We spent hours sat there. The staff at Sunhost were very helpful providing us with a hair dryer and kettle as there wasn't any in the apartment. We would definitely return. The location to the beach and the nearby ROC park is great.

Reviewer Comments: Overall very good experience, the condo is in an excellent location within the complex, we purposely chose a condo with a view of the water, really lovely views, enjoyed having lunch on the balcony watching the world go by. The complex is in a good location for restaurants to walk to rather than take the car, there is a Winn Dixie 5 minutes walk away & a Wallgreens .Condo was well equipped, coming from the UK we would have liked an electric kettle, from experience I know that not every rental property in the US has one. The condo was very clean, only complaint was the rug in the living room badly needs cleaned. The mattress protector needs replaced, very comfortable bed though.

Also this appt only has a Keurig coffee machine (we purchased ground coffee prior to arriving). Would definitely stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: This unit should be reviewed as 5 stars given the money and effort that has gone into its refurbishment.However, for our stay it came up short on a couple of items that may not be an issue for other folks.The unit does not have a dishwasher, we like to cook for ourselves but are not fans of dish washing. In hindsight we should have checked for there being a dishwasher in the unit, but in over 30 years of renting we never have not had a dishwasher present in a rental. We did ask SunHost Resorts about the lack of a dishwasher and do not wholly agree with their description of what is a "self-catering" unit, maybe the owners will have a different point of view.SunHost reply to our email to them about the lack of a dishwasher:"Unfortunately, the kitchen is small. It may be hard for the owner to choose between cabinet space versus a dishwasher. Vacation rentals are set-up similarly to hotels, providing just the basic essentials."Parking is far from satisfactory during peak season. Owing to no designated parking you will more than likely not get a space directly outside your unit and may have to walk up to 50 yards when initially parking and then move your vehicle at a later time if a closer slot becomes available. This can be a real annoyance when unloading and packing upon arrival and departure. We understand that nothing can be done to improve the parking during peak seasons but it is something you may want to be aware of.
