This beach charmer is part of the Sand Dunes Condominium, which offers a sparkling community pool and an outdoor shower and is conveniently located on the Gulf of Mexico with direct beach access via the boardwalk at the north side of the building. Additionally, you are within a mile of the heart of Treasure Island, many restaurants, and convenience stores. Other must-visit attractions include John's Pass, Hubbard's Marina, Dolphin Quest, and Alligator & Wildlife Discovery Center.



This spacious, beachfront abode offers unparalleled views of the Gulf of Mexico and its sugar-white beaches from the comfort of your private balcony, which has been conveniently furnished with an outdoor dining area to enjoy all of your meals alfresco and with an unbeatable backdrop. Come back from either the beach or the community pool to unwind in the sunny living area, equipped with inviting sofas and a huge smart TV with streaming and cable services. If you are not in the mood to watch TV, you can always grab any of the provided books for an entertaining and quiet time on your own. Prepare delicious beach snacks on the go or full-course meals in the well-appointed, galley-style kitchen. The condo also offers a dry bar, a stacked washer/dryer just off the kitchen, and free high-speed WiFi throughout. Both bedrooms enjoy smart TVs.

Gorgeous Sunsets

Great porch with fabulous views of the beach and sunsets. Kitchen was well equipped and well laid out although the appliances are showing their age. Washer/dryer had small capacity but worked very well. Living room was spacious but couches could use new cushions. The two bedrooms are on separate sides of the unit so privacy was very good. Mattresses were not very comfortable. Overall while there are some shortcomings I recommend the unit.

Nice location. Nice place overall and great value. Pool was closed the entire stay for maintenance. Appliances were very old and ice maker was full of mold. Overall I’d recommend.

Old school Florida with a million dollar view

This condo reminded me of my grandma's house in Panama City Beach from the 90's with it's old school charm. As with any place that's been well lived-in and well-loved it has some quirks, but overall was a great stay, and the view is nothing short of amazing. Of note: the dishwasher is very old and doesn't clean anything well. We rent places with a full kitchen because we love to cook when we are on vacation and spent a big chunk of time doing dishes while we were there. Even washed some pans that had been put back in the cupboard with a lot of dried food on them b/c we couldn't use them until we washed them. But, if you eat out a lot it won't bother you at all. Big bonus: the old-school fridge has a HUGE ice maker - I bet we got a 5 lb. bag out of that thing at one time! :)

We had a fantastic stay! This property is so great. Great location, amazing views, awesome pool, easy access, great layout, spacious, cozy, honestly great for a family of 4! Just a lovely place right on the Gulf!!

Great location; needed repairs

Unfortunately, there were numerous problems. It was Thanksgiving and we were cooking. The sink was leaking, the dishwasher did not work. Lights in the bathroom did not work. No screen on the sliding glass door. A roll of carpet and an extra headboard left in the guest room. Location was great.
