A fully furnished studio apartment is waiting for your arrival. Your comfort is our priority. A queen bed, and fresh linens will allow for a good night's rest. The television is visible from both the bed and couch. Curtains allow for privacy between the bedroom and sitting area. A large walk-in bedroom closet is an added convenience for luggage storage.
The kitchen comes equipped with an apartment size stove and refrigerator. Daily kitchen accessories include a coffee maker and microwave. The bathroom is small and functional. A small portable workstation is provided. A futon cot is available upon request.

Your private, covered patio has two chairs and a small table. A golf putting green is available for your enjoyment. Complimentary mangoes from our Mango tree are available in the late spring. Outside lounge chairs allow for relaxation in our garden area. Shared with your unit is the driveway and large, fenced backyard (separate patios, divided by a gate).
If traveling with a dog, please communicate prior to your arrival. Dogs stay free with a reservation of 28 days or longer. Laundry access is available for long term renters.

Your comfort is our priority. Communicate your needs while on the property to allow for immediate assistance. Centrally located in a quiet, family, residential area of St. Petersburg, Florida. The Pinellas hiking and biking trail is within walking distance.

A beautiful amazing getaway!

Good Value
Overall a good value for your dollar. Susan is great and willing to help. Location was good for me as it was close to baseball city. Place has what you need. Water pressure is a bit low. But you are not paying luxury prices.

St Pete Getaway
The apartment was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Easy to get downtown, to the Pier, and Treasure Island. It was lovely to have cocktail on the patio in the evening. Our host, Sue, was available for any questions but respected our privacy. All in all, I would definitely recommend.

Susan was very communicative throughout the process and the room was exactly what I needed. It’s very similar to a studio apartment with its own entrance which I loved. All your basic necessities included.
