Amazing Home on the Intracoastal Waterway!

Newly remodeled and professionally decorated. Directly on the Intracoastal Waterway. This 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, single family home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood has spacious living and kitchen areas. The primary bedroom has ensuite bathroom with step-in shower. The second bathroom tub/shower. Sleeps 6 easily with a King bed in each the primary and 2nd bedroom and 2 Twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. Entire house is yours to enjoy with all linens and kitchen ware provided. Easy parking right in front of house for 2 vehicles. Handy laundry room with Free Washer and Dryer for your convenience. Less than 1/2 mile (0.3mi) straight down the road from the sugary sands of Indian Rocks Beach at the city park access where there are bathrooms, showers and rentable cabanas. Many restaurants in that same area as well as up and down the beach. Easy access to the Beach Trolley that runs from Clearwater Beach to St. Pete Beach for added entertainment options. Sit under your gazebo and watch the dolphins play or drop a line from the seawall, there is no dock at this house. Check-in at Rental office just 1.5 mile from house at the foot of the Indian Rocks Beach bridge. FREE weekday bicycle rentals during the weekdays from Rental office. Beach chairs and towels are available to rent from the Rental office as well so no need to worry about bringing, buying or the last guest not returning those items in good shape.

If you are looking for a home away-from home, this is it. NO smoking, NO parties, NO pets, and local Indian Rocks Beach City ordinances must be followed which include but are not limited to quiet hours beginning at 10 p.m., and timely trash receptacle placements. NO Events Permitted*
