Completely furnished 2 Bedroom, 1 full Bath (Jack and Jill) great for privacy and 1/2 bath each bedroom is furnished with queen size beds. Courtyard available for grilling and outdoor family gatherings. Up to 3 parking spaces for your needs. Full size washer/dryer available for all guest. Covered porch to view the INTERCOSTAL. Our wood floors are original, This COTTAGE is TIDY and VERY UNIQUE!!!!

FREE WI-FI/FREE TRANSPORTATION with Beach Ride and Trolley bus will take you to nearby public beach. We are 5 minutes to shopping, restaurants, bars, and close to Downtown St. Petersburg. 20 minutes to Tampa Airport!!!! We are 30 minutes to Sarasota and Clearwater beach.

Maximum occupancy is 6 for this property (There will be $50.00 charge for more than six people/per night/per person.)

Very hospitable host who was available for anything we needed. Super new and clean. Great location. Some very cold and rainy days, but we were cozy. Only thing I would add would be rules for checkout to be included in the welcoming notebook by the TV.

I can’t say enough about our host and this property! This was the best experience and beach stay we have ever had. The cottage was beautiful, spacious and immaculate. The location was great—we had our own private little path straight to the beach. The beach wasn’t crowded at all and the sunsets were incredible. Our host, Cory, was absolute wonderful—truly the best host we’ve ever had. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and welcoming, with thoughtful touches and exceptional hospitality. He made the check-in to check-out process seamless and met us personally to check-in, showing us around and answering any questions we had. Communication prior to our arrival was excellent.I cannot recommend this host highly enough. We will be returning for sure!

This place has been remodeled and was immaculate. The best part is that it’s super close to the most beautiful desolate beach. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Perfecto!

Perfect for us as it is far enough from the busier area of PAG, but close enough for us seniors to walk uptown to RWB, Wharf as well more distant restaurants such as the Brass Monkey and Paradise Grill. Easy access to the beach and short FREEBIE ride to Publix. Can't wait to return!

The location of this house is perfect! The street dead ends into the beach access and we mostly had this area of the beach to ourselves. The host did not communicate through the vrbo app, thankfully we had his number to call because the wifi info was not correct and we couldn’t locate the laundry room or the outdoor trash cans. This house is a duplex and there’s another small house next door (connected to the laundry room) so we didn’t want to snoop around. Once we made contact with the host and got all that sorted, it was perfect. The house was very clean, we had plenty of parking and couldn’t beat the location and how peaceful it was.

We had a wonderful time! The house was very cozy, very clean! Only a 2 minute walk to the beach, my 11 year old grandson had a great time as well. Cory is very helpful, and a great host! Eckerd Graduation stay

We stayed here for our daughters graduation from Eckerd. The location was perfect. It really is easy short access to the beach. On the beach you can be 100's of feet from the nearst other person. Cory is a great host and quick to respond to anything needed. I would completely recommend and stay here again.

Perfect place to stay in Pass-a-Grille

This little house is just perfect. The location and private access to the beach is wonderful, we never had anybody within 50 yards of us on the beach, lots of privacy. Everything in the house is new, clean and everything you need is there. The owner Cory it's very responsive and clearly takes a lot of pride in his property. We'll definitely stay there again!

Family Beach

We came to visit family and stayed for 3 nights. Beach was beautiful and just a short walk from front door. Rental was very clean and had everything we needed. Cory was an amazing host with excellent customer service and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back!

Cory was so so very accommodating I was coming to the area for a reunion Several days before Hurricane Helene came through Cory worked very hard to get the property ready for me I don’t think I would have been able to find an alternative rental Thanks for making the best out of a bad situation

Great Girls Getaway

Relaxing Beach House

We had a wonderful time. Kitchen was updated and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Extra 1/2 bath with three people was a real plus. The rainfall shower head rocked. Cable tv/Roku/WiFi all excellent. There was a nice outdoor grill and we were able to use it twice. We’ve been to Pass a Grill about 10 years in a row. This is one of the best places we’ve stayed at. We pretty much bring all the beach stuff we require but there’s lots here to use if you need it. This section of the beach was quiet and easy to access. Cory was super nice. A+++. Thanks for a great week!

Absolutely perfect!

This was a great stay. The location is perfect, beach is steps away, husband fished steps away to the bay. We didn’t need our car as we were in walking distance to restaurants and shops. The house is absolutely spotless. The owner is extremely accommodating and he and his family are very friendly. I would without a doubt stay here again.

I loved this place! It was a great walk into the heart of PAG and shops and restaurants were all close. Our host, Cory was kind and was there with anything we needed. He even brought over a bottle of wine (or two!). I really couldn’t have asked for anything more from this great little get-a-way! Perfect in every way.
