Beachfront Complex - 2b 2b - Beach Place #504

Beach Place #504 is a lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo close to all of the popular attractions in south Madeira Beach. Bright and spacious living quarters is tiled throughout for easy clean up. Enjoy nice views of John's Pass Village from your private balcony while soaking in the Florida sunshine!

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Rest assured, 504 Beach Place has everything you need to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. The kitchen is large, not to mention spotless, and stocked with every utility including microwave and coffeemaker. The well appointed living room, with lots of seating space, has TV, and leads to the outdoor balcony. Enjoy all of what Madeira Beach offers from this popular condo!

Both bedrooms are comfortable and the master includes a King bed and TV, while the Guest bedroom includes 2 Queens with lots of closet and dresser drawer space. Linens for all beds, extra pillows and sufficient towels for your stay are provided. Free WIFI, but no landline in this unit. Coin laundry is conveniently located near this unit.

This unit has ONE assigned parking space, with no additional parking at Beach Place. Please call SunHost Resorts if you're considering a last minute booking.

Of course, with all SunHost properties, you will find our vacation rentals meticulous. When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to onsite 7 day a week management and maintenance to assist with anything you might need. This is a non smoking home.

Location is the only good part

The location was really the only good part. The condo is very outdated. The beds are uncomfortable and you can hear the springs in the mattress every time you move. The couch had dirty socks from previous tenants under it. The dishes are very old and were dirty in the drawer. The code to the elevator obviously needs to be changed. The first night there we had some punk teen kids that rip around the parking lot come up the elevator and open our door to the condo. Clearly they were in the wrong place and were greeted by my husband who is 6’4” quickly! They weren’t staying there, they are locals and romp through the parking lot several times a night. Location is good but street traffic is loud. We won’t be staying there again.

Great building location

The location of the building wads wonderful Steps to the beach, across the street to Johns Pass, many restaurants, and the VFW which is a great place to eat , drink and make friends very reasonably, The location of the condo in the building was awful. A view of the bridge and Bubba Gumps restaurant and the park right below. The worst was the noise level . The cars and motorcycles as well as frequent sirens made it impossible to sit on the balcony and carry on a conversation. It was also difficult to concentrate on reading a book. The condo in general was very outdated especially the bathrooms, I would be willing to bet that the majority of renters are older people like ourselves. Comfort height toilets and vanities would be very beneficial as well as making one shower a walk in shower There was no water pressure in the master bathroom and the stopper was not in the hole but just laying in the bathtub which would not drain. The kitchen was very poorly stocked with plastic glasses and old miss matched dishes. There was alot of rust in the fridge, but the appliances worked OK. We stayed for 3 weeks. When we got there the condo was not very clean especially the bathroom floor in master bath, but in order to clean we had to go out and buy cleaning supplies. The only thing available was a broom and dustpan. the vacuum did not work. There were no beach towels or chairs or anything for the beach. People who come by plane would need to go buy things and then just leave them there which is not very cost effective especially given the cost of the rental. The living room furniture on top of being extremely uncomfortable was dirty. We covered them with towels and blankets before sitting on them and sinking down deeply. The beach was beautiful but never again will we stay at this condo

Best Location

The property was in fantastic location. It is bright, large and airy. However, it was dirty it had blood on the pillow shams and sheets before we slept in them. The kitchen is very dated but everything worked and it isn’t our kitchen. John’s Pass is directly across the street and the beach is through the parking lot. Such a fabulous vacation we didn’t even rent a car for 8 days. We have Walmart deliver groceries. We would defiantly stay again but would hope they would get new bedding and possibly update some. The property was lower than others for similar locations.

Great Location

Great location! On the beach and right across the street from John's Pass. Unit and property were very clean. The unit is outdated but it was clean. It would have been helpful to have a few amenities since we flew. We had to buy beach towels and beach chairs. We left them so hopefully the next guests will enjoy them. It would have been nice to have some coffee filters, salt & pepper, paper towels etc...

Best location and plenty of room for a family!

We loved our stay here. The only thing I could think of to even mention would be more kitchen accessories (baking pans, stove top pans, crock pot etc). We would definitely come back!
