This unit was perfect for a couples getaway! We couldn't have asked for a better location. Super close to the beach and nice heated pool. It was quiet, but all the other visitors and some owners we met were so friendly and welcoming! Definitely will be staying again.

Great little place in the beach

This place was in the perfect spot on the beach and so close to many great places to eat and drink. The room was super clean and the king size bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this property! Management was so responsive and easy to communicate if I had any questions that I had.

Sugar soft sand, amazing sunsets, beautiful water, so many restaurants within walking distance……and Tropic Terrace itself is a tiny gem! Grounds are lush and well maintained, pool is fabulous, and the studio was super clean, pretty well stocked with basics, and adorably decorated. Response time for emails/issues was fast and staff was super friendly/helpful. Just keep in mind that it really is tiny home style living, just right for 1-2 people. LOVED it;10/10 would come back!

Perfect little room!

The room was perfect and had everything we needed. The only complaint would be the bathroom, the toilet wouldn't fill or flush properly some times and the tub taps had a mind of their own. So just a bit of updating would be great! But over all the property was very clean, and perfect for what we needed. Well kept grounds and outside areas and it was quite quiet. We ended up getting in early and the staff at Belloise were able to help us get the room a day early.

The room was perfect for my daughter and I. The room was clean and decorated very nicely. The only trouble we had was the shower head broke on the first shower. I called maintenance and they arrive the next morning to repair. This was our first time to Treasure Island. I would go the short distance further to Clearwater next time where the beach was much nicer and the water is clearer.

Our visit was interrupted several times by management's plans that we were only aware of after they had decided or planned these. First,the unit I chose #22 was changed to unit #19 just days before we left for vacation. We were never given a reason for the change. We were only told that our reservation had been "altered." When we settled into that unit, housekeeping came in 3 times for no reason. Then the next day we were told that our door was going to be painted on the outside, but the painter also had to paint the surround to the door and wasn't finished in just one day. The complex was otherwise quiet and an easy walk to the beach, but the experience was less than ideal.

Picture of distance to the beach very deceiving. Several guests we spoke to had the same complaint. My husband and I are not able to walk long distances but I went by photo and it looked like a short route not at all. It was miserable getting down to the beach. We will never stay there again

Very musty-wouldn't stay again

This place smells very musty. If you have health issues/asthma/allergies/migraines this isn't the place to stay. The musty smell was so bad we had to get air fresheners, but it didn't help. I have asthma & husband had migraines so the smell was an issue. The bathroom is so small if you have mobility issues or bigger it won't work for you. I know only so many towels or provided, but 3 towels & 2 washcloths is not enough. We bought some so we didn't have to spend vacation washing towels everyday. The pool was a lot smaller than pictures & was overcrowded so we didn't use it. This place is not dirty but didn't give you that clean feeling. We tried to be in this room as little as possible.You definitely get what you pay for with this rental. I wouldn't stay here again. Next time I will spend the extra money & stay at a nice hotel with ample towels, doesn't smell bad & has a larger pool.

Perfect!

We stayed here for a quick mother/daughter getaway over spring break. It was perfect! It was the perfect size for 2 with a perfect location on the beach. It had all the amenities we needed including the bonus of a hairdryer, beach towels, and beach chairs and umbrella. Staff was friendly and helpful during check-in/check-out. We will definitely visit again!
