The first night the room next to us had their tv on very loud. At 2:30 am I called the front desk. They attempted to call the room and knocked on the door but no one would answer. The desk clerk called me and said he could not enter the room but offered us a different room. We did not get any sleep. We got up at 8 and switched to a different room and floor. That night the room next to us was ok until around 2 am the person(s) came home and were very loud. I tried calling the room but no answer. Called the front desk and they knocked on their door and they did quiet down. We woke up at 7 to the terrible smell of marijuana coming from the room next door. We quickly got up and when leaving it stunk really bad in the hallway. Told the front desk how very unhappy we were.

Amazing
I absolutely love all the front desk staff they are so warm and so welcoming this hotel is always super clean. You just can’t go wrong with this hotel and I love how the white manager greets you when you walk in and he does it every time it just makes you feel so Appreciated
