This is a very nice 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo with beach front view in southern Madeira Beach that sleeps up to four! Enjoy being close to it all, in this updated retreat that promises a one of a kind vacation! Free Wifi Please note there is no phone in this condo.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Tiled throughout, guests will enjoy the full kitchen, complete with granite countertops, newer appliances and fully stocked with all cooking utensils for your convenience. The spacious living area, contains a dining table that can comfortably seat six, nice furniture, and large flat television. Just out the sliding doors, you will discover the outside balcony with stunning beach and pool views! The master bedroom offers plenty of room with two double beds, and attached modernized bathroom with granite countertops. As with all SunHost properties, every need is met, including fresh linens, extra pillows, and plenty of towels stocked prior to your arrival.

As a SunHost guest, onsite 7 day a week management and maintenance to assist with anything you might need. This is a non smoking home. Please note there is no sleeper sofa in this unit. Free WIFI is included as is ONE assigned parking space. There is no additional parking at Beach Place.

Customer service after hours was nonexistent. We arrived at 10pm with someone parked in our parking.

There were no instructions on what to do in this case. Poor customer service. Room is old and warm out. Beds are uncomfortable. The elevator was out of service several times in the 3 nights we were there. Will not be returning to this property.

Nice condo

The condo was in a great location if you don't mind a crowded beach. It was located next to the public beach access. The beach in front of the condo was extremely crowded. The wifi was almost non- existent. You could never get on the internet. Maybe after many tries very early in the morning you may get on for a very short time. We reported the problem to the office and they gave us a booster box but that didn't make any difference. The patio furniture was in need of great upgrades! The condo was clean.
