This is a Top Floor Direct Gulf Front View !! There are not many of these Sunset Views on The Beach . Please read our 5 Star Reviews and you will know you found the value we can offer . Take advantage of one the premier 5th Floor Gulf Front locations on St .Pete Beach . Our Building was brand new in 2003 and designed to handle hurricane storms We are fortunate and look forward to have guests coming back to St Pete Beach and Vistas On The Gulf. Please take a look at dates and come down to our beautiful Gulf Front Condo. Our Condo is a true (see photos) Direct Gulf 5th Floor Ocean Front Unit. Spectacular Views of The Gulf of Mexico morning , afternoon and Sunset from our front balcony . Our Unit # 503 is the ultimate Beach getaway . Just see our reviews here and you will know you found a fabulous Beach Front Condo . Our Unit has been recently updated in August 2023 (new flooring) , September 2023 , new living room furniture . Our new couch in living room pulls out to a queen size sleeper (brand new September 2023). Very recently in October 2023 we had new blinds for our sliding doors and custom made custom wooden shutters for all the windows . A new 43 inch Smart TV was installed (December 2023). The place looks fabulous !! Our kitchen area and both the master bathroom (walk in shower) and 2nd full bathroom were updated in 2018. The rain shower in the master bathroom is my favorite. We can sleep up to 5 guests This Condo has two bedrooms , two full bathrooms , full kitchen and eating area . There is a washer & dryer in our Unit so no need to pack lots of clothing . Yes, we do have Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs & Umbrella for your use . Please see all 50 photos posted as this will give you a great description of our amenities both within our Unit and our Property . We are located on Gulf Blvd and close to Dolphin Village for grocery shopping , plenty of restaurants . We're just a 7 minute beach walk north of the famous Don Cesar Resort . There are fun Beach Bars close by to walk to . Our Condo is really popular as you would see once you experience this ultimate " Beach Getaway " !! Thanks for your interest !! Amazing view and great location

This condo was perfect for our family of three. The condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The office staff were friendly and helpful and Patrick was very informative and personable. Great location and the views from the condo are amazing! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

St. Pete Beach Bliss

The condo is beautiful. The location is even better. The unit is clean and modernized with 2 beautiful bathrooms. The linens and beds in both bedrooms were extremely comfortable. There are at least 6 beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a cool cabana to utilize. The edge of the ocean is just steps away and the pool was enjoyable after a day at the beach. We enjoyed the direct ocean view from our balcony first thing in the morning and for the beautiful sunsets. Dining is available a few short steps from the condo in multiple restaurants. Our host was very friendly, informative and helpful and we can't wait to stay again!

Excellent property for 4 or less. Only about 800 square feet yet still comfortable. Main bedroom bed extremely comfortable. New wood flooring and appliances. Beautiful views from balcony. Well worth the price for relaxing weekend trip.

Wonderful Condo

This is a wonderful condo for a stay in St. Pete Beach. The views from the 5th floor are amazing and unobstructed. Plenty of room for the 3 of us for a 6 day stay. The condo was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Publix was close by for groceries. The beds were comfy and had enough seating in all areas for us to be comfortable all week. Easy access to the beach, and the beach chairs/cabana (supplied by condo) were perfect for a day spent in the sun. The check in process was easy, and they are very friendly in the office, Perrin was a gem. Thank you for a wonderful week.

Beautiful unit, responsive owner and property manager

I have nothing but good things to say about our time at Vistas on the Beach. Wonderful corner unit, nice amenities and beautiful sunsets. We had a couple of minor issues come up during our stay and the unit owner and property manager were incredibly communicative and went above and beyond to make it right. Perfect weather, great sunsets, and got to learn about the black skimmers who were nesting on the beach next door!! Highly recommend!!

Phenomenal beachfront condo

First off - this place has a direct view of the gulf (western facing) with no obstruction. There is also a north-facing view on both porches. This is an outstanding condo. We loved our time there. Easy to access pool and hot tub. Steps from the beach. Walk to a beach bar. Easy check in and check out. Easy parking. Cozy beds. Two large bathrooms. Great little living room seating area. Can’t say enough about this place. Sitting and having cocktails out on the porch watching the white sand beaches, blue gulf water, and sunset was just fantastic. Highly recommend. Owner was super helpful and easy to communicate with.

Florida Gem

We had a fantastic stay! This condo is updated, clean, and in an amazing location. The balcony looks out at the beach with amazing views. Just steps away from the beach, this condo is conveniently close to restaurants, shopping, and fun! We felt very safe anywhere we went. The town has a free transport service (think golf cart) that serves the town only. It was great, but during high usage times, we just used Uber or Lyft. The owner was the best host I’ve ever worked with. He was super friendly, had a lot of local knowledge and references (food, activities) for us. He really added a special touch to the whole experience. We would definitely come back to the area and stay here again.
