Nice fenced yard with seasonally heated pool Oct 15-April 15 at 80-85 degrees and a HUGE HOT TUB are sure to please! Our home features lovely vaulted ceilings which make the home shine! SUPER FAST WIFI 516 MBPS - way faster than our competition!!

Great Stay, Great Host

Sandy was a great host and everything was ready for us when we arrived. We had 2 kids in our group and this rental had 2 float vests, which I'm glad we didn't have to bring. Lots of pool and beach toys, plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, towels . Nice, quiet neighborhood. Had no issues. Would recommend!

An owner who cares

It’s very rare that the owner of a rental takes pride in providing what they advertise but this owner (Sandra) does. To keep a heated pool and hot tub in good working order takes regular maintenance, which they do. Forget 1 roll of TP, they provide all you need and other essentials like about 50 bath towels, shampoo, soap, paper towels and garbage bags. That’s really helpful on a small vacation, so you don’t have to go buy everything at Publix 2 for 1 scam prices. As for cons, The two bathrooms are a bit limiting if you have a bigger group like we had and tbh I didn’t care for the over the top decor like place settings and shaggy pillows, but otherwise it’s a super cool house. We used the pool and hot tub every day.

Our family enjoyed staying at this house! It was clean and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub/outdoor area. You could really trek that the owners spent time picking out the decor and the fun signs outside.They checked in numerous times to see if we needed anything and if we were comfortable.

I’ve stayed at many properties in the past. This is by far one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. The communication is stellar. The house is literally stocked with everything you could need or want. The host did a phenomenal job with the remodel. It’s the best use of space. And the backyard is such a treat. If I could give this a higher rating, I would. Great value for the money. I would stay here again and I don’t think I’ve ever said that before about a property.

Perfect place to stay!

If we could give this rental a 10 star rating we would. The house felt like home the moment we walked in. They supplied everything we needed so all we really needed to bring was clothes and groceries. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by the whole family. The beds were so comfortable that we almost didn't want to get out of them. Location was perfect within 15 minutes of the beach, restaurants and shopping but not in the crowded area at all. Sandy was very responsive and helpful too. It was so clean and we definitely plan to rent this again in the future!

Perfect Stay in Florida

We stayed here for 17 nights and found it perfect. The hosts were wonderful with communications before and during our stay. Checking in and out was easy. The home was exactly as pictured and nicely yet comfortably decorated. Also very roomy. some of the time there were 8 of us there with plenty of room. The grounds were wonderful with the pool and hot tub which were serviced weekly. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very comfortable taking walks. We loved how well stocked they had the house with all items you could think of including plenty of towels. All you need to bring is a toothbrush. Also the home was spotless. On checking in I remarked you could smell how well cleaned it was and I am a clean freak. Again the hosts were soooo nice and helpful and always responded within minutes. The proof is I already booked with them for next year !

Gorgeous with everything you need

I sent my adult kids for a long weekend as a xmas gift. They loved the property. It had everything they needed. The pool and hot tub were great, warm and comfortable, the backyard was a great place to hang out and they grilled out for superbowl weekend. It was big enough for everyone to have their own comfortable and private room. A relaxing oasis. The owners were very reachable for any needs. We would certainly stay again!

We enjoyed our stay in Florida for Christmas. House was clean, updated, and well stocked. The pool and hot tub were great for relaxing since it was too chilly to go to the beach. Grocery store and restaurants were close - we even walked to Starbucks! Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect stay!

This home is so warm and comforting, every detail is perfect. We were in town for just a few days for a wedding and this house worked out perfectly for our family. We arrived to a welcome gift, lights left on for us, Christmas music and even outside Christmas lights. The pool and hot tub were cleaned and warmed for us! Everything we could need was provided. Thank you Sandy for opening such a lovely home up for guests!
