Hamilton House 107 is a Silver 2-bedroom 2 bath Gulf View Condo

Home Away from Home - Hamilton House 107 is a SILVER rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Side View vacation rental located in Indian Rocks Beach. This spacious 1st-floor (Not Ground Level) vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private balcony with a partial view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy the beach breezes!

Vacation rental 107 balcony is accessible from both the living room and main bedroom. This Vacation rental offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen cable TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom and a queen and a twin bed in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities and there is a walk-in shower in the main bathroom and a tub shower combo in the other bathroom. 107 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels.

The Hamilton House Resort amenities include Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, charcoal grill, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Parking is assigned with 1 covered spot underneath and 1 spot in open lot. Limit two parking passes at check-in.

Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (including infants). It is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry there are no pets. No trailers, RVs or boats.

First Time at Indian Rocks Beach

My husband and I stayed at this property for seven nights. It is very conveniently located - close to quite a few restaurants - and the beach is wonderful. Although you don’t look out directly on the beach from the balcony, you can see it. (The balcony is open to the side of the building.) we spent a lot of time at the beach and the pool is the condo was a nice, quiet place to return home to.

Fantastic location with immediate beach access

Absolutely loved our trip! Our rental was in a great location and incredibly clean when we arrived. We had immediate beach access and a pool which was nice to have for the days where the beach was busy or the ocean was a little rough. Probably the highlight of our trip was all of the wildlife we saw! One day there was a group of rays leaping out of the water and the next we got to see a group of dolphins!

Perfect place to relax

What a wonderful place! Very well kept, clean with lots of room. The location is awesome not so much hustle. Just peace and quiet. But with several attractions 3-4 miles away in either direction. Keagan’s restaurant across the street is a must if you like soft shell crabs. Star light sunset dinner cruise is a must also. Just perfect!

Hamilton House #107

We loved this place. The only drawbacks were the secondary toilet needing a new flapper (it runs constantly) and the fact that the vertical blinds in the living room and main bedroom needing to be replaced (lack of privacy because of missing slats). The location was perfect with many restaurants within walking distance. The beach had very easy access and we had air and water temps warm enough to swim often in the gulf!

Great location but office is a few miles away which made check in at 11 pm a hassle. Then we were given the wrong door code. Eventually we figured out the 2nd key opened the dead lock too but directions did not spell that out. Made our arrival a bit stressful. Thankful that Holly and Deanna made our departure smooth!

Very easy beach access

We thought this unit was beach facing when we rented it, it wasn’t , however it had very easy, quick beach access. Multiple very good restaurants right across the street.

Great vacation

We stayed in this condo for 3 weeks. Very clean and well-equipped unit in relatively small complex right on the beach. Several great restaurants just across the street or in walking distance from the building. The unit is on the first floor just above the covered parking and has partial beach view from the balcony. Bed in the master bedroom is comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen with above average quality kitchenware. Washer/drier unit is different from the picture and actually very new. Was a bit concerned that unit is managed by the resort, but communication with them was actually very easy and ladies from the management office answered promptly to couple questions before and during stay. The only suggestion to improve guest experience is to update bed linens, those on the master bed felt very old and pilly. Overall, very nice stay and we would rent this unit again.

Condo was in excellent condition and very clean. Furniture is very comfortable. Living room furniture is not usually comfortable for long term sitting , but this unit was extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Missing basic ammenities

We missed having the basic amenities that we've had in past condo rentals such as dish soap, dish scrubber, salt, beach towels, and more rolls of tp, paper towels, and towels. The floor was dusty dirty upon arrival and had not been mopped. We did receive a few extra washclothes and hand towels when we called the management, which helped. We loved the location near restaurants and shops and the beach is fabulous.

Nice vacation

The condo and location were great. I would suggest to the owner to update the mattresses and pillows on the beds, they were hard and lumpy and difficult to sleep on. Providing us with cleaning supplies, paper towels, Saran Wrap, tinfoil etc would have been nice as well. Other than that, we loved staying in Hamilton 107 and would recommend it to someone looking for a beach get away.

Needs a few small items

The property was extremely clean, and as advertised. However, with a few hundred dollars worth of items, this property would be absolutely outstanding. There were only 3, super tiny, beach towels, and the chairs were old and falling apart. Same for the umbrella. Also, a few DVDs and games/puzzles would be nice for rainy days/evenings. Also enjoyed the side balcony for the shade, and less noise from the pool area.
