Home Away from Home -Hamilton House 306 is a GOLD rated three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Rocks Beach. Gorgeous and professionally decorated/renovated. This spacious 3rd-floor vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private balcony with plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy Relaxing. Balcony is accessible from both the living room and main bedroom!

Vacation rental 306 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one KING in the main bedroom, 2 Double beds in the 2nd bedroom and a King in the 3rd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities. There is a walk-in shower in the main bathroom and a tub shower combo in the other bathroom. 306 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

The Hamilton House Resort amenities include Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Charcoal grill, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Parking is assigned with 2 covered parking spaces. Limit two parking passes at check-in. No trailers, RVs or boats. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels.

Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (including infants) It is a Smoke Free Vacation Rental. Sorry No Pets, trailers, RVs or boats.

Love Hamilton House! This condo was clean, beautiful, and spacious. Still had a decent view from patio, even though on side since no big buildings next door. Enjoyed the pool and being right on the beach. Host was responsive and helpful.

Girls trip

The condo was amazing. When we were not out and about the condo was great. It was very relaxing, the beds were very comfortable(amazing). I slept better in the master bedroom than in my bed at home. The only draw back to the condo is that it needs some bowls with lids for storage for leftovers. We thoroughly enjoyed our week. The location is fantastic. We absolutely love Hamilton House. We are at the age where we don't want the huge crowds on the beach. Hamilton House is a small complex on a beautiful beach. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

This condo is really, really nice. We've been coming to the area for over a decade and stayed at the same place every year. Now, we wish we had found this place sooner. It's spacious, great floor plan, nicely decorated and great location. I'm going back. Right here.

Great Beach side Condo for a Family

Stayed for 2 weeks with my wife and 4 young children. The place was perfect for us as it had plenty of beds and space for famiky activities. The walk to the beach is about 45 seconds and the complex is quiet and small. Hoping to make this is regular place we visit when we want to be at the beach.

great for what it was

We have been coming to IRB for over 40 years. The changes in the area have gone commercial. It used to be residential but now is highly commercial. The condo in itself was fine except for the condition of the dining room chairs and several light fixtures and lamps had burned out bulbs. For as much as we paid for this condo, we were a little disappointed. Will probably stay in the area again but not at this particular condo.

Fantastic location for vacation!

The property was very nice and just as pictured...do be careful as the bathrooms and bedrooms are a little dark. Definitely not enough light in the bathrooms, especially for makeup. Also, bring your beach towels, they are NOT offered and the "beach gear" was a hot mess. We came from PA so obviously didn't bring umbrellas and such with us. Otherwise, location is wonderful and the beach was amazing!

Nice place to stay

The condo is beautifully decorated for sure. The lighting is nice however no woman has ever tried to apply makeup in the bathrooms. đŸ„ș There was a draining problem in the bathrooms that was reported to property management. The master shower was great, only one shower head worked which was a little disappointing. Beds were nice, a little soft; understandable that everyone has their preference for a mattress. The kitchen was well stocked, there was nothing we needed and couldn’t find other than a pair of scissors 😆. There was plenty of towels for the week for 6 people and the washing machine and dryer were great. There were only 2 trash bags provided for the week and 2 rolls of TP, so we had to purchase these items unexpectedly. We loved the fact the gates were locked and opened only by code, however the code to enter the elevator lobby is clearly visible to anyone who may wish to enter. Pool was very clean and refreshing, great access to the beach. Lots of great access to local shopping. The area was great, wonderful location. We walked to ice cream and dinner. Highly recommend IRB Creamery and TJ’s Italian Cafe. We easily went to Clearwater and John’s Pass.

Great Location & Condo

First time at this condo and it met our needs perfectly. Layout was good and was located on the beach. Even though the unit is as the back of the building there is still a nice balcony and view of the beach. Close to restaurants and the beach wasn't quite as busy in front of this building as it was with others. Building seemed to be maintained reasonably well and guests were generally respectful although since it was a spring break week there were a lot of kids at the rather small pool. Only reason for 4 stars on cleanliness was we found a small used bottle of shampoo on the shower seat in the master bath which would suggest to us that was not cleaned. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay there and in Indian Rocks Beach.

Property was well kept and very clean. Exactly like pictures but probably bigger than the photos showed. Quiet and beachy was not crowded at all. Waling distance to four restaurants and others were only one mile away. Will stay again.

Great rental (but a few small suggestions)

Appropriate and professional exchanges during rental process. Great location, facilities provided (mostly) all we needed to relax, enjoy the beach, and prepare meals together. Washer and dryer were an added plus. Master bathroom (shower, specifically)and tiled floors throughout not as clean as a renter would hope. Lots of space for our family of five, and balcony, despite not facing the beach directly (side view) still was quite nice. Tons of closet space so suitcases, etc. were out of the way. A nice condo in general. We’d return, but would bring more beach towels and beach chairs and an extra stove top pan (there was only one well-used one). Overall, a 9/10 rating from us.
