This spacious 3rd-floor vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private balcony with plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy Relaxing. Balcony is accessible from both the living room and main bedroom!

Vacation rental 306 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one KING in the main bedroom, 2 Double beds in the 2nd bedroom and a King in the 3rd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities. There is a walk-in shower in the main bathroom and a tub shower combo in the other bathroom. 306 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.
