The home was beautiful, and clean, very well stocked with items to cook, clean, pool/beach floaters, etc. The only bummer was when we arrived on Friday at 4pm and went in the pool later that evening the water bleached/discolored our swim suits and fried our hair. We were informed pool service was on Friday’s, but was not informed if we needed to wait X amount of time to go in the pool.
Backyard is beautiful!
Discoloration from the pool. Green swim suit turned yellew and blue swim suit lost its vibrant color.

Great Property, Great Hosts & Great Biking

The property fully met our expectations and was accurately described in the listing. The house has been nicely modernized with modern conveniences and furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked and has great appliances, cookware and utensils along with plenty of dishes and flatware. The fenced backyard with a nice pool and great landscaping made it a private oasis for us and our dog Betsy. With the Fred Marquis Pinellas Bike Trail only a block away, this was the perfect location for our interest in biking. It's just a short ride north thru Clearwater to Dunedin, a great area to walk, shop and eat. Riding south the path is great as it passes thru neighborhoods on the way to downtown St. Pete.This property is highly recommended and we will return frequently.

Comfortable and Convenient

We drove from NY to FL for a three day softball tournament. We were so relieved to find plenty of space and comfortable beds. Everyone had plenty of room. The home was well appointed with all of the items you always forget that you will need. Loved having laundry off the kitchen. Neighborhood was nice and quiet, and the outdoor space was beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

Well equipped and clean

Pictures are accurate. Very easy location for driving to Indian Rocks Beach. Be aware 3 of 4 beds are platform beds (very firm). Kitchen is well equipped though some pans need to be replaced. Bring your own laundry detergent. Pool is great but needs a deep clean. Grill is unusable. Still recommend despite stated shortcomings.

Beautiful backyard and home

We couldn't have had a nicer property. Everything beautiful and in great condition. Loved beach umbrella and bikes. These simple extras really make for a nice stay. This was our first vacation to Florida without the beach in walking distance and we really missed that convenience -but the beautiful pool and backyard landscaping more than made up for that.

Huge house with amazing pool!

The house was amazing! Plenty of room for all 8 of us to stay. We also loved that it came with beach towels and beach equipment like chairs and an umbrella. Kitchen was fully stocked and there was even some extra sunscreen and aloe! The pool area was the best part! Great space to spend time outside and cook out and play games. About 15 minutes from beaches and in a nice location just have to drive to get to most places. We LOVED our stay!

Five stars all around

This home is even more spacious and beautiful than the photos show. The layout of the home is perfect for multiple families. The pool and covered porch is ideal for both adults and children to enjoy. Proximity to beaches, restaurants and entertainment is prefect regardless of likes interests. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful during the booking process as well as during our stay. Also, overall cleanliness must be a top priority for this host as every amenity was as close to home as you can get.

Awesome Home - Highly Recommend!

This home has everything you need to cook, play, and relax is at this home. They have thought of everything from pool toys to bikes to air pumps. The house is beautiful, and the heated pool has multiple levels of depth and provides hours of enjoyment. The home is a 5-minute drive from restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. I highly recommend this home.

Excellent stay!

We had a great time during our stay. The house, both inside and out, was beautiful. It had everything we needed plus extra items that normally aren’t included (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, dish detergent, etc). The pool area was fantastic. Plenty of pool floats and beach chairs were available to use in the garage. Aleksandra was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

FUN FAMILY VACATION

This house was clean and beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and the tropical backyard! It was very relaxing and private! The communication with the host was easy and the response was always quick. It was also nice to have the bikes to use. The location is great because it’s near the beaches and conveniently located near a lot of local stores and restaurants. It’s also a quick ride into Tampa for other activities. No complaints.

Absolutely beautiful home! Easy to get to the places we visited. The pool area is spectacular and we thoroughly took advantage of this area. Furniture was comfortable and HVAC worked great.
