I used this hotel when I was visiting for a conference. Having the laundry in suite was great. The Sun Runner bus stop is just a block or two walk away and makes getting to either side of St Petersburg easy, esp at just $2.25/ride and credit card tap payment.

Excellent location, clean room, loaded with everything you need for a short stay or a few days. Friendly and helpful staff (front desk and valet). The listing says there is no front desk attendant, but that’s not right. There was a front desk attendant the entire time we were there. We paid for valet and it was worth it. I would return to Mint House again!

Very nice, convenient location. Close to good restaurants. Very easy check in process. Not the most comfortable bed or pillows. We had a water leak coming up from the floor and someone came and changed out the rug but it was soaked again in a very short period of time.
