Ocean Oasis 2 Blocks to the Beach with a Private Pool

Prepare to relax when you book this stylish 3 bedroom and 2 bath house with a heated pool. Ideally located 2 blocks from the beach and one block from a playground and Nature Preserve. The perfect setting for a family retreat or girl`s getaway. Enjoy lounging in the back yard, soaking up the rays on the beach, and dining at the local restaurants. Previously a Guest Favorite with last co-host. (Under New Management)

Private three bedroom house with a beach theme and chic furnishings. The backyard has a heated pool, shower, two grills, outdoor table, and lounging areas. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with a shower. The other bathroom has a bath and shower and is in between the 2 guest bedrooms. The pool is accessed through the master bedroom and guest bedroom. The living room includes a queen sofa bed. A ring camera is on the front door and only records the exterior when you approach the front door. Circular driveway fits 3 cars (street parking is prohibited).

You will have everything you need to enjoy your stay and your time at the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, coffee maker, a Keurig, coffee, tea, and basis spices. Linens, towels, hair dryers, and toiletries are provided. For your time indoors board games, puzzles, wifi, a smart tv in the master bedroom, and a smart tv in the living room (with cable as well) are available. Pool toys, snorkels, goggles, and rafts are available for the pool. A beach wagon, beach umbrella, beach chairs, coolers, and sand toys are available to take to the beach. A washer and dryer are in the laundry room.

To make your stay with children more convenient a high chair, pack-n-play, stroller, floaties, and life jackets are available along with door alarms that you can turn on or off on the doors that lead out to the pool (adult supervision required).

We had a group of 6 with 2 grandchildren. The unit had everything we could hope for and an owner that was very attentive and responsive to questions. The unit is exceptionally well appointed and well labeled. The kitchen was well set up and the pool outdoor and outdoor dining area was fantastic. The unit was a short walk to the beach and even shorter walk to a bayside boardwalk. Overall a tremendous option and a great value.

Amazing Beach House

We had a wonderful stay here. The house is very clean, stylishly decorated, and well stocked with anything you would need for your stay. The pool and backyard space was a major highlight of the trip. The two minute walk to the beach across the street as well as the park close by were major pluses for us too. Would recommend this gem to anyone looking to vacation in the Indian Rocks Beach area.

Xmas vacation

The property is nice and clean. The pool and deck are gorgeous. The beach and 6 pickleball courts are in walking distance. There are a lot of great restaurants nearby. I would recommend making reservations a couple of weeks in advance if you come during spring break.

Family Getaway

This beach house was a wonderful place for our family of 5 adults to relax. The rooms were spacious and the outdoor space (and pool) was comfortable. The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room were stocked. A quiet 2-block walk to the beach and several restaurant choices within a 10-minute walk. The property manager was proactive in facilitating our check-in and very responsive to our questions. Would definitely recommend!

Fathers Day Weekend Celebration

We had a great time at this house it had everything we needed and the location was perfect. So close to the beach! The grill needs to be replaced, the sun shade should be fixed and so should the umbrella so there is the ability to have shade in the backyard but overall we loved it and would rent again!

Great long weekend break from the cold northeast

It is a cute house near the beach. It was exactly what we were looking for for our family of 6. We could walk 1.5 blocks to the beautiful beach and then retreat to our private pool. The owner was very responsive. The place was clean and up to date. It is close to the airport and an easy retreat from the northeast. We would definitely consider renting the same place again. Thanks for your hospitality.

Perfect spot

There was nothing that I would have changed about the house and the back yard/pool. I was there with my daughter and her fiancé and my significant other. The layout of the house makes it possible to have some privacy. The convenience of the washer and dryer was great. The pool was wonderful! Great location within walking of the beach/ restaurants and bars. Truly a wonderful experience.

Amazing Home in the Best location possible

We had an AMAZING stay here! Location! Location! Location! Owner is super responsive and sweet. Home is perfect! Everything is available- pool was amazing. I can't say enough about the town, location, owner and the home. You must stay here! Tons of amazing restaurants walking distance away; you have to try the 100 flavors of ice cream at Tropical Ice cream and coffee; get Pizza at TJ's Italian restaurant and eat fresh seafood at Guppy's. The beach is so close and clean. Our family will be visiting this home again very soon.

As others have mentioned, the fenced in pool area is the highlight. This rental makes you feel welcomed by having plenty of supplies available. I was at another rental right after this one that only had two roles of toilet paper and locks on many of the closets. This was the complete opposite. The location is great. The house is great. I highly recommend you look at booking this house if staying in the area. Loved every minute of it and was sad to leave.

Amazing Family Getaway Oasis!

I could not have asked for a better location, house, and set of amenities for our family vacation to Florida. The house was perfect for my family of 4 and my brother's family of 3. Combined we had 2 - 18 month olds and 3 year old who absolutely loved the pool area plus all of the beach toys and accessories! The house had literally everything we needed for the beach and pool. Everything was clean, communication was superb, and the beach was a short 2 block walk. The neighborhood was lovely and being just a couple houses away from a beautiful park/playground and nature walk couldn't have been more perfect. I would 100% recommend this property to any family looking to make wonderful vacation memories. Hopefully we'll be back some day!
