1st Street sits in one of the most relaxed pockets of Indian Rocks Beach. Quiet residential blocks. Easy beach access. Close to restaurants, coffee spots, and all the classic Florida day trips visitors look forward to. It is the kind of area where you can slow down without feeling isolated.

When you want to explore, everything is close. The Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo lights up from late November through January 1. St. John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk offers seafood, shopping, and dolphin cruises. Families can divide their time between the Clearwater Aquarium, Tampa Lowry Zoo, and the Florida Aquarium without worrying about long drives.

If you prefer slower moments, Sunken Gardens is great for a peaceful walk. Kids love Dinosaur World. Tarpon Springs brings Greek food and a charming waterfront district. Quick Beach Escape

My family of four selected this place last minute. We were pleased, had a great couple of days and produced nice memories. Everything was clean and in working order. Peter is very good at communication, and follows up. I didn’t summarily choose five stars down the line for this review, they are earned.

Cute little community

Easy check-in, property owner was there to say a quick hello, one minor issue when we arrived but it was fixed within 30 minutes. Very clean and simple. Quiet location and so close to the beach (one block walk) and the intercoastal (one and a half blocks), many restaurants within walking distance too! There are several units owned and managed by the same owner - they are all connected by little walking paths and the common area (pool, grills, etc.).
