Guests enjoy two brand new bathrooms and a completely remodeled kitchen with all the amenities. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, this delightful condo offers a cozy retreat.

Gulf beaches with sugary sand and quaint shopping districts are 3 miles west and the lively Central Ave and downtown St Petersburg are a short ten-minute drive to the east.
Several local restaurants as well as major chains within a five-minute walk.

We've stayed at VRBO's around the world and have tried to furnish this condo with all the features we've come to enjoy for a first-class experience.

This unit was very welcoming. From the time I booked to check out. The decor was cute and the unit was clean. Beds were super comfortable. The host was excellent and responsive. We even had a personalized welcome message on the board when we arrived. We will definitely be back next year!

Stayed here with a few of my girlfriends and we had such a good time! such a new pretty place in a very convenient spot. the hosts were very sweet and friendly. The pool is also a nice little area to relax in. overall amazing condo and amazing hosts!!

Very clean condo and updated condo that was pleasantly more spacious than how the pictures. Conveniently located within 15 minutes of both beaches and downtown, only 20 mins from airport. We were able to make it to 4 different beaches during our stay and all were close! It was stocked with everything we needed for the week plus some nice extras! Check in and check out were easy and the host was extremely attentive and responsive. We would stay here again!

This is a new listing and you can tell the host has made great efforts to make it one that will be recommended. Many nice touches. Very comfortable beds, clean and well stocked. View from the balcony is amazing and it is a safe, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.
