Newly Renovated 2-Bed, 2-Bath Condo on Indian Shore Beach! Read Description!!

NOTE: THE POOL/JACUZZI/PATIO WILL BE CLOSED FOR CONSTRUCTION FROM AUGUST 11, 2025 - DECEMBER 11, 2015. PRICING IS DRASTICALLY REDUCED DURING THESE DATES TO REFLECT THIS!!!! Beautifully renovated condo along the magnificent Indian Shore Beach. Enjoy the highly appointed 2-bed/2-bath condo with a large balcony overlooking the pool and beach. New kitchen and bathroom renovations in 2021/2022. The master bathroom features a beautiful double vanity and 2-person walk-in shower. The interior layout makes it perfect for a family with children or two couples. Conveniently located near the elevator.

The pool, hot tub and patio are on the first floor above the parking garage. This area was redone in October 2021. There are also multiple gas grills for your use on the patio.

Be sure to keep your eyes out for the dolphins traveling back and forth at dusk/dawn.

The beach is voted one of the best in the USA. The sand is like powder, the water is like glass. There is a beach volleyball court for you to use also.

One garage parking space is included (and it’s the closest space to the elevator). What else could you need?!?!

Spectacular

Spent 4 wonderful nights in this beautiful, well maintained and well stocked gulf front condo.Balcony is huge and comfortable. This is not your typical rental it’s more like a home with everything you need. Totally updated exactly like photos. Parking is easy and property management are friendly and professional.

The place was perfect. Clean, perfect location and quick responses from owners. Will definitely be back. The only suggestion I have is getting cookie sheets. We made breakfast and could have used some. Also the guest toilet was not working the whole time and we had to lift the lid and raise the float everytime we flushed.

It could not have been better! The unit was a PERFECT location, parking spot was PERFECT location, the interior was perfect, communication was on point…clearly this was a wonderful place to stay! All of the photos are EXACTLY what you see is what you get and all the kitchen items and more. Tons of beach stuff/chairs/fishing poles/rafts/beach towels. We loved our stay here! The parking spot was close to the elevator. Beautiful view of pool deck from master bathroom and main living area. Plenty of space in the condo. Pool and beach toys along with fishing gear in closet off balcony. Property management was helpful when we had questions. We felt very safe. If you like coffee and walks on the beach make sure to bring your own travel mug.

The condo was beautiful and in a wonderful location. We enjoyed our stay! The only suggestion I would make is the patio furniture is terribly uncomfortable and could use a sun screen for certain times of the day. Will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved staying in this unit! Access to the elevator and unit was amazing. My family of four thoroughly enjoyed the views from the balcony from the pool to beautiful sunsets. Beach Retreat

We have stayed in this building before but not this unit. It was very nice and as advertised. The location is great. They have beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers for days at the beach. The parking spot is very close to the elevator. It was clean and nice. We would stay in this unit again. The only think I did not like was the check in process. It caused a lot of anxiety not knowing how we would check in until the day of the trip. We were concerned we would get there and not have a place to stay.

Perfect place for our Girl's Weekend for Mother's Day

We stayed at this condo for Mother's Weekend and absolutely loved it! It is decorated nicely and has all the necessary items to make you feel at home. This is a great location. The property is well-furnished, comfortable and clean. We were not provided with any information about contacting the property manager, as we needed to obtain additional parking passes. It also would have been helpful to have been provided information about the beach materials available (chairs, umbrellas, etc.). I definitely recommend this property to others.

Best rental that I have ever stayed at

Everything that you need for your stay is available in the unit. An extremely clean and comfortable unit. There are lots of restaurants on the same road, very easy to drive around in the area. The sunsets on the beach every night were amazing. Very quiet while we were there as well but it might be more towards off-season so I can't say if it's always like that. I highly recommend this unit!

We’ve stayed at Beach Cottages 2 several times and we can say this is one of our favourite condos to rent! It’s very clean and it was well stocked with everything you will need for your stay. The beach is beautiful and the ocean is so warm to swim in in July. We had a lovely time staying here 🙂

Indian Shores Forever

Our family has been to Indian Shores, and Beach Cottages five times, staying in various condos. I'd rank this the top one we've stayed in - we were in another that was decorated similar (very nice), but the view from this property is just the best, and puts it at the top. Kitchen was well stocked, master bath was super nice, and I slept great all week - so the bed was very comfortable. The pool was so refreshing every day, when the temperatures we 90+ (we went in July). I'm honestly not a big fan of Florida, but my family loves to go there. Indian Shores is the only place I really like going in the state - it's a pretty quiet place, with good restaurants and good shopping. The beach and the pool at Beach Cottages make for a very comfortable, relaxing vacation.

Wonderful Property

My family has stayed at beach condos that were not as nice as the pictures. This condo was even nicer than expected! The views of the ocean are incredible from multiple rooms. The condo was stocked with everything you’d need in the kitchen or for time at the beach (chairs, umbrella, toys, etc). Even had a pack and play for our 2 year old. This was also the first VRBO we rented on the beach that felt like home. Steps from elevator, parking spot in garage, and the beach. Our family had a perfect stay here. Can’t suggest enough!
