Recently completed Renovation - Please come see!

Sit back, relax, and unwind -- Our building is a quaint wood beach villa ON THE BEACH, surrounded with large trees, mangroves, and sea oats. Outside we have a spacious, private balcony. We pride ourselves on keeping a VERY CLEAN unit. We offer amenities such as, TVs in each room. Spectrum cable + Roku and high-speed WiFi internet. Comfy Beds, and Keurig (Kcups), and regular coffee maker, poker chips, and Ring Toss.

You’ll have assigned covered parking plus an extra space for another guest within the 8 unit complex. We are 'Kid friendly with Pack-n-play, highchair, & stroller'. Our building is on the beach but our unit faces the intercoastal not the beach. Community Grill and Firepit on the beach.

Enjoy our unique and quiet atmosphere. It offers the surf, white powdery sand, sunsets, Gulf breezes, sunshine, blue skies, and the comforts of home.

We are in close proximity to anything in Pinellas County. Located approximately 25 minutes from Tampa International Airport and 20 minutes from the Clearwater and St. Petersburg. Many restaurants and things to do and see nearby. You can take day trips to many of the fabulous tourist attractions in Central Florida and the West coast. Ice cream parlor directly across street.

Luxury vinyl floor throughout the living area of the condo. Full kitchen with oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig (Kcups) and regular coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher. New Central air, full size washer/dryer, covered parking, 1200 square foot indoor space, private balcony, Very clean!

We have a community grill and beach chairs for your enjoyment on the ground patio area. We also have a firepit on the beach, along with kayaks and paddleboards to enjoy!

This Condominium is on floor 2 above parking.

This is a small condo unit right on the beach. Our unit faced the road but the noise was not overwhelming. We were literally steps from the beach with a beautiful sea grapes path. Parking was really easy and plentiful (we had two cars) and we walked to restaurants each evening. It was very, very clean and the communications were very clear and timely.

Quick getaway

This condo was great. Other than a miscommunication with the door code upon arrival, the stay was great! Had several bugs in the kitchen the first morning but per the owner, the exterminator had just come. Saw less and less after that. The beds were comfortable, plenty of sheets, towels, beach towels, extra blankets, and toilet paper! Very accommodating and a well stocked kitchen. The only thing that could have made it better was if we could see water. Perfect place that we would be happy to book again.

Amazing!

We loved everything about our stay. The beautifully decorated clean well appointed Vrbo was amazing. Love the proximity to the beach and the availability of chairs and kayaks were wonderful. Definitely would stay here again!

Nice Beach

Condo was comfortable, had most everything we needed. We enjoyed staying on the beach. Used the chairs and grill. The porch faces the road. We would stay in this area again. Salt Rock grill was a great restaurant.

Great stay!

The condo is exceptional. SO very clean, decorated and up to date and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Granted, the barrier islands are in crisis and recouping from hurricanes so noise was indeed a factor but to be expected right now. Lots of daily clean up crews trucks and machinery. But in better times for the island, this place would be perfect. The beach was beautiful. Your own little slice or paradise steps away. Speaking of steps
 this unit is 2 flights up so know before you go! Aside from the blaring lights from the huge mammoth condo next door, this unit was peaceful and quiet and very nice. We will definitely visit again!

Great Stay

The outside of the building looks bad and there were cleaning and clothing articles on the stairs but the condo itself was decorated so beachy and cute. New appliances were awesome. Host kept us aware of all details. Lots of room. The location is great. It was very quiet, other than the street noise at night. We would stay here again.

Beautiful Condo

We came down for our first trip with our daughter (almost 2 yo). This is a perfect condo, with easy access to the beach. The beach itself was not crowded as it’s mostly residential properties. The screened in porch was a plus for letting our daughter run around. Condo was very clean and well maintained. David was a perfect host and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was good. Definitely would recommend staying here!

This property was a wonderful rental. Great location on the beach. Property is well maintained and pretty costal themed. Sofa sleeper was even comfy. The rental has just about anything you could need. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Birthday rental

Became down for my birthday as well as a celebration of life and couldn’t have picked a more beautiful weekend in April. The only thing that would’ve made the day better was waking up and seeing the ocean every day, but it was just a short walk to do so.

Family trip 2024 was Awesome

Would appreciate a plug for the tub as we had littles to bath. A/C works great. Apologies to the guests below us maybe bothered by the sounds of trampling feet as our grandkids were often running around with excitement. We made some great memories and simply just got to enjoy The Gulf! Dolphins, sand crabs, someone fishing caught a stingray, and building sand castles. Would do it again!!

Wonderful relaxing place to spend time with family

We stayed a couple of nights here and enjoyed it. The location is kind of between all the noisy stuff so it was peaceful here. We used it to meet up with family that was in country for the weekend in Tampa and we were so glad we stayed here. It was like a small home away from home and that was what we were hoping for. Some where we could spend a few days together catching up on the past and talking about the future away from all the noisy partying. The entire screened in porch in the pictures is all part of the unit, not shared and we found it a wonderful place to spend time together. There are 2 flights of stairs to get to the place so something to consider if you have trouble with stairs. The entry instructions were simple and we found the place clean upon arrival. Also for those like myself that wonder, we did NOT see any bugs of any type, NONE! No bed bugs, no roaches, no spiders, no bugs, none zip zero zilch! We ended up with 4 of us here as our friends loved it and stayed with us here since it was so relaxing and all of us agreed we'd love to stay here again if we came back. Thanks for a wonderful weekend! I forgot to mention the beach is nice to, clean trash free with beautiful sunsets.
