‱ Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
‱ Please abide by pool rules as posted if applicable to include but not limited to: No glass containers at the pool area; no large floats or rafts. Please use the pool at your own risk.
‱ The use of roller skates, roller blades, in-line skates, and skateboards is strictly prohibited in the building walkways, sidewalks, parking ramps and garage.
‱ Keep balconies and walkways clear. No towels, clothing, umbrellas or other items are to be hung from railings or balconies.
‱ Barbecuing or grilling on balconies is allowed with an electric grill ONLY.
‱ Do not feed seagulls from the property.
‱ Park in assigned space for your unit. All vehicles must have parking permits displayed. Vehicles without a parking permit displayed are subject to towing at renters expense.
‱ Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during the hours of 11pm -8am. This is a private condominium or home and there are year round occupants that live in the building. While you are on vacation, they may not be.
‱ All trash is to be bagged and placed in garbage chute or proper containers.

Perfect to open the gate and walk onto the beach. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Nice pool area with plenty of seating and loungers as well tables and umbrellas. The condo is very clean and well equipped and very roomy. The hosts communicate well and checked messages us multiple times to see if we weee comfortable or needed anything.

ISB vacation

The condo was beautiful, beds were comfortable. The sunsets from the balcony were gorgeous. The house came equipt with everything you could possibly want and more. The little extra things like blow dryers, table top fans, beach towels, a cooler, there was even a childs potty seat. It was perfect.

Great Stay with perfect location

Beautiful sunsets on the beach. Also the condo is very clean and very nice amenities. Great relaxing at the pool or sitting on the balcony overlooking the gorgeous beach. Many fantastic restaurants and shops within walking distance. Appreciate the communication after the hurricanes and the welcoming community.

Best beach access

We loved our stay. The house and beach were great! The restaurants near by are great! We really liked Guppies just down the street. We had an upstairs room that was a little bit hard for us older, chubbier people to go up and down the stairs, but it was worth it for the view. Also, we like the air set for 68*, and we weren’t allowed to turn it below 73*. Good thing I was smart and brought a little portable ac from home to sit on the nightstand. My only problem was finding stuff to do other than the beach, I probably should have booked some boat cruises. We did go to Bush gardens and the sunken garden. I don’t recommend the marine aquarium. It’s overpriced and run down. Their main attraction “Winter” died a few years ago, and they are still trying to lure people there as if she was still there. It was a scam. Anyways we would stay ant this condo again. It was lovely. Thank you!

Wonderful Week on the Beach

We had a wonderful time at this Condo on Indian Rocks Beach. There was plenty of room for the four of us and all the beach supplies we could need. It was an extremely convenient location with a stunning Beach view. There was quick communication with the hosts and all our needs were met. We will be booking another week soon.

Extended family beach vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Indian Rocks Beach. The 3-bedroom condo was clean, bright, spacious and airy, and the direct beachfront location was beautiful. The balcony overlooking the beach was large and well furnished, providing space for everyone to enjoy quiet mornings and to watch the evening sunsets. The condo was exceptionally well equipped with virtually every kitchen tool, utensil and gadget, and the there were many jigsaw puzzles and games available for use. The storage locker by the pool contained numerous beach chairs and umbrellas, beach and pool toys, and a cooler for enjoying beverages at the beach. There were numerous restaurants within easy walking distance from the condo, and supermarkets were only a 3 - 5 minute drive away. The complex is small, with only 4 units on 2 floors which we appreciated, and we met the other residents throughout the week around the pool and on the beach. Everyone was friendly and relaxed. The only down side to the small size of the complex was the lack of an elevator, but we were aware of that before we booked the unit. Overall, we were very pleased with the unit and the location, and would readily recommend it to others.

We stayed here the last week in 2022 & really enjoyed it. Though it was cold out, it was very comfy inside with lots of space. When it warmed up we were able to enjoy the available beach gear which was very convenient. All in all a super rental with ideal location!

Great getaway!

Condo had everything we needed! Spent fall break with our teen daughters and friends that also rented the condo next door. Lots of great beach chairs, etc in the shed below, clean, loved the connecting balconies with our friends, beach is close and lovely! Sunsets are just magical here!

Awesome week

This is a wonderful beachfront property. Amazing views and only steps to the water. Very comfortable beds. Fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. Highly recommend.

.Large part of not enjoying was I have stayed in that area for 9 years. Every condo considered the garage as first floor so I booked at 202 thinking it would one flight of stairs. Well it was two flights of stairs. Could have been better stated in condo description. The water could have not been harder and the water pressure could have not been less. There were 2 lounge chairs by the pool for 4 condo units. I will not return to that condo and would say that anyone who books it should be aware.

Great family rental

We stayed for a week with our 3 young children and my parents and had a great time! The rental is well equipped and a great set up for families. Great area that is easy to get around and easy access to stores, etc. The beach was fantastic and the short trip back and forth with kids made a huge difference! Would definitely stay again, Thanks!

Family Getaway

Family fun for an entire week here with perfect weather. The listing is exactly as shown. Plenty of room for our group/ Beautiful place and perfect location. Beautiful views from balcony- loved seeing dolphins afar. One day even a manatee was in the water!
