Other Pros: Quiet, short walk to beach, and most of the beach supplies you'll need. The umbrella is broken. Other Cons: There's a retention pond right next to the pool so there's mosquitos everywhere. The private wi-fi didn't work and wasn't fixed so you have to share the slow complex one. A week stay and we got a tiny bottle of hotel soap and shampoo.

Second time we stayed at the palms first time they were doing some maintenance on the property which created a lot of dust.Well cleaned rooms and great location enjoyed our stay and looking forward to returning.

This was the perfect place for our group! Close enough to the beach to see from the private balcony and not have to walk too far, but without the beachfront price. I’m still thinking about the pillows on the beds and how they’re better than mine at home. My only complaint is I wish the light switches were all labeled. I’d go to turn the fan off and accidentally turn off the tv. I would definitely stay here again though!

Spring Break 2026

We had a great time on our Spring Break. The condo is in a perfect location right across the street from the gulf. Next door to the Publix and just a half block from some great restaurants. We loved sitting outside on the huge balcony at night. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need. They have chairs and toys and beach towels already at the condo. Really no need in packing those things! We will be back for sure.

This was our second time at The Palms, our first time at this specific condo. We absolutely love this location and its proximity to everything around. This condo was great for our family of 4, they had utensils, cookware, and any dishes and glassware we needed. The condo had seating on the balcony which was wonderful and oversees the Gulf of America with incredible views. The pool and hot tub were always extremely clean. The pool was great for kids and adults. While we didn’t use it as much, the pier on the bay is also in great shape, it was nice to sit out there and watch dolphin swim by. The only negatives we experienced this time around: loud neighbors above us with music and slamming their patio door every time they were in and out (only a couple nights). Our unit needed a good vacuuming upon our arrival as we found broken cookies and other debris around the bed. Outside of the unit, the building itself has a pretty slow elevator and the security codes needed to remember can get confusing. We had to check our phones numerous times to remember the long codes to get in to the lobby and we weren’t alone, a lot of people did the same. I think a key fob system would completely solve this issue. Outside of those issues, the positives completely outweigh the rest and we would absolutely come back to this location in the future! Our host was extremely responsive and very accommodating to us in answering any questions we had. We absolutely loved our time here! Will return!

Best place we have stayed in that area as we like to go 3-4 times a year. AMAZING room and the location was fabulous! Would definitely recomme d to others and we are planning on returning!

Nice condo unit.

Nice condo unit. Good view of water. Good location to publix and restaurants. Unfortunately it had not been cleaned for sometime. Thick dust on floors and awful sewer gas oder. That doesn't happen if it had been recently cleaned. We got in late at nite. So swept and ran hot water to clear sewer smell. We have stayed at.palms before with no problem. Bad cleaning crew?

We loved that everything was so close. Being next to the Publix (which didn't look like one) had everything we needed for the week or just to pop in. The Gulf to swim, the Bay to fish, and the pool to play all in one spot. Not sure what more we could want. We will definitely return!

The Palms of Treasure Island

The property was above what we expected as we normally stay somewhere else that we are always pleased with. We changed to this location due to our normal spot not being available. Would stay here again.
