Adventure Awaits in this cute, modern, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the Villas at Walton Creek! Featuring your own private entrance to a sunny living room with an L shape sectional, cozy gas fireplace, TV with Sonos Play Base and sliding doors to a patio with grill. The kitchen, complete with seating for 3 at the breakfast bar is spacious enough for multiple chefs to create gourmet meals. The primary bedroom has a queen size bed with an ensuite bath and a set of sliding doors that open up to views of Mt Werner and the Steamboat ski area. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and a desk allowing you to remote work (if needed) while facing the same spectacular ski area view with the second bathroom just across the hall. The full size stackable washer and dryer, outdoor grill, plus a 1 car garage add to the desirability of this property, along with access to TWO hot tubs, playground and free city bus services. Four Seasons Steamboat manages this Steamboat vacation rental on behalf of the owners. Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company located in the heart of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. As locals, we are here to quickly handle any issues and provide expert Steamboat insights! We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy, and any other nightly rental restrictions.

Each of our vacation rental homes comes with the essentials needed to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection, and a cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded the amount we re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).

We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.

With easy and fast access to the mountain through the free bus system this was a really convenient spot. The couches are SUPER comfortable as well as beds. The heated garage was very nice for cold and snowy days.

Wonderful Condo; Perfect Location

Modern condo right next to free bus-lines to the slopes and downtown. The hot tube was updated and clean. There was a very nice kitchen with appliances, comfortable living area, and updated washer/drier. Very easy communication with management.

Comfortable and well-equipped condo, great location

We stayed here for 6 nights in February 2024 - myself, my husband and teenage daughter. The hosts were great with communication ahead of time and checking in with us during our stay. The condo was perfect for us - very clean and comfortable and just a short walk to the shuttle stop. A definite plus to have a garage and the washer/dryer. The kitchen had a large selection of dishes, utensils, etc. We appreciated that all of the "extras" were provided - dish soap, laundry detergent, kleenex, etc. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it.

Perfect stay

Nice place, stocked w/ all the amenities you'll need. Located within walking distance of the ski resort, but if you're hauling gear, it's best to hop on the shuttle. Luckily, there's a shuttle stop only a block away from the condo.

The Adventure Begins

This condo was perfect for us! The views of the snow-covered mountains out the window were beautiful. We were about a 3-5 minute walk to the bus stop, so we were able to easily to get to town to shop or get groceries. The condo was equipped with pots/pans/dishes, etc. We had everything we needed to cook there. Overall, just a great place.

Convenient location with garage

We wanted a place with a garage relatively close to the ski base area. This location worked well for us as we could bike to the base and downtown area, in addition to providing a place to store our bikes. The place was clean and allowed our family to have space to relax.

A member of our group is in a wheelchair, I was informed that the condo was handicap access. Every entrance had a slight "step up" that the wheelchair could not make. Your neighbor had a piece of wood and was able to construct a ramp on the front entry. We were able to make it work; but would have been helpful to know ahead of time.

Well appointed 2-bedroom condo on bus route to Gondola

We were delighted by the owner's attention to detail in the cookware, which made making meals a pleasure. There are 3 TVs: one in the living room (with a gas fireplace), one in each bedroom. THe owners are wonderful. We met them and inquired if there was a tea kettle (as one of us doesn't drink coffee). They immediately went out to buy one The condo is a 5 min walk (in ski boots) to the bus route for the ski resort. Would be very happy to stay there next year.

It was fantastic except the smell in the garage. Not sure if the rugs in there were wet and moldy or what caused to rotten smell. We left our car outside of garage so it didn't leak into our car. Everything else was great!

Great overall experience. Host was ahead of communication at each step. Place was furnished, kitchen well equipped to handle any cooking or beverage making. Technology was up to date and especially enjoyed the Sonos system and the Apple TV. Very clean restrooms and plenty of toiletries provided. Highly recommend

It was a nice stay. Some comments to improve stays for future guests: Not sure if I read that there was no a/c. Secondly, the window coverings were not blocking light “noise” from outside. Suggest considering light blocking window coverings at least in the bedrooms. Place was clean and comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
