NO ANIMALS of any kind are allowed. The property is allergy free due to owner's daughter being highly allergic to animal hair, dander, feathers and the like. This poses a severe health hazard to host's family members and therefore there are no exceptions to this rule. You will not be allowed to check in, your reservation will be canceled and a $500 deep cleaning fee will be assessed.

Elle is a fantastic host- very responsive and eager to be sure we enjoyed our stay. Place exceeded my expectations - very spacious, well appointed and comfortable. All amenities were superior -having the locker at the slopes was great for easy access to skis. Location in the heart of town was perfect to enjoy shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Perfect location for exploring Steamboat and surrounding area. Very spacious, immaculate, and well-stocked. Enjoyed 4 nights in early August with my wife, our teenage children, and my sister. Host was always quick to respond if I had any questions, and they provided great local suggestions. My family enjoyed hiking, biking, tubing, and shopping. And we always had a comfortable convenient space to come back to relax and recharge.

downtown convenience

This property is in an ideal location! The ease of access to the walking trail, bus line, coffee shops and cute restaurants were a highlight. The property manager was very communicative and helpful. Snacks and a well stocked kitchen made this a great location for a family. Its location in downtown Steamboat makes this property a perfect choice. The property is ready for an update, but it was overall clean and we would stay again.

Perfect for our family! Bus stop was close so everyone could come and go as needed. Loved having the ski locker at the base. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed to have meals at the condo, yet close to restaurants when we wanted to venture out! Our host was very gracious & very responsive!

Family ski trip

We had a wonderful time staying in Steamboat at this property. We usually rent a ski-in, ski-out property; however, for this trip we wanted to try staying in a walkable town location. This property was very close to restaurants and shops and the free bus and or drive to the slopes was very easy. The condo was spacious and lovely with everything you need to cook dinner and stay in as well. We loved that there were snacks available upon arrival along with tea and coffee. Thanks for making our stay in Steamboat even more enjoyable.

Wonderful Downtown Condo

We had a fantastic Memorial Day weekend stay in this lovely downtown condo. The property manager was very accommodating and easy to work with throughout the rental process. The condo was exactly as described, well stocked, super clean and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend to future renters.

Perfect for our family!

This condo was just what we needed! We came to Steamboat for 2 nights on our way from TX to a nearby guest ranch. The location is incredible! We walked everywhere and the car didn’t move between check-in and check-out. So close to great restaurants, shopping, rodeo, alpine slide, etc. Condo was very well stocked! Also, the owner was awesome in terms of communication. She recommended that we check out the farmers market on Saturday morning and it was SO much bigger/better than I imagined. Also was spot on with food recs. The only negative was the noise from the pub across the street late at night, but if you turn on the sound machine it will drown out most of it. If we ever return to Steamboat, we will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect condo in perfect location in Steamboat!

This large, beautiful, clean, well-stocked condo is perfect for a stay in Steamboat. The location is walking distance to every store, restaurant and the river in downtown. It is very, very quiet, has easy parking and entry instructions - I hope to stay here again on my next trip to Steamboat.
