A new build, Monarch Retreat is beautifully designed for both entertaining and relaxation, with plenty of space, an open floor plan, multiple decks to take in the views, a private hot tub, and a chef’s kitchen.

Situated on the upper level, a beautiful great room has plenty of wow factor with a wall of windows framing the ski area views, high ceilings, beautiful wood floors, and a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace with a TV. Clean lines, stylish furnishings, and an open flow into the kitchen and dining area make this show-stopper room the place to gather and enjoy.

Retreat to the front deck on comfortable outdoor seating with heaters and a gas fire table, an incredible space for happy hour or morning coffee while watching skiers or bikers on the mountain and enjoying the fresh mountain air.

The chefs in your group will love the gourmet kitchen, a magnificent space with high-end stainless appliances, a 6-burner gas stove, two ovens, two sinks, custom white cabinetry, and a large white-quartz center island with seating for four. A spacious pantry provides a coffee station, a wine fridge, a host of appliances, and ample storage.

An elegant dining area with custom accents seats 12 in beautiful chairs, complete with views from windows on either end, creating the perfect place for family meals.

Step out back to the covered upper deck to enjoy al fresco meals, a gas grill, a private hot tub, sunsets, and spectacular valley views.

Also on the upper level is a beautiful primary suite, a stylish space to relax in a king-sized bed while taking in the views and enjoying the gas fireplace and wall-mounted TV. Artistic wallpaper accents, chic design, and a private deck add to the room's appeal. A spa-like ensuite includes a soaking tub, a large walk-in shower, and double vanities. Guests will enjoy the large closet complete with a washer and dryer. On the same level, a queen bedroom suite with a convenient stowaway Murphy bed doubles as a fitness room with a Peloton bike, free weights, and a TV. In the hall is a powder bathroom.

Kids of all ages will enjoy the lower-level family room, a fun and cozy space with comfortable couches, a TV, deck access, a game table, a wet bar with a fridge, and a billiard table. Also on the lower level are three more bedrooms - two king suites, and a bunk room with two bunk beds plus a twin trundle underneath. Each room enjoys a TV, a private ensuite bath, and deck access. All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
