The condo was exactly as described and recently updated. Its location is fantastic—ski rentals at Straightline are very convenient, there’s a shuttle to the mountain, and excellent restaurants like Cypress, Salt & Lime, and O’Neil’s are all just two blocks away.

This is a fantastic place right in town across the street from the Yampa River and ski jumps. A bald eagle flew by while enjoying the view. It is a block away from the free shuttle to the slopes.The condo is well appointed and clean. Matt was very responsive to inquiries and very helpful.

Great downtown condo! Owner was super responsive and easy to work with. Perfect central old town location. Easy access to mountain with free bus a block over. Nicely decorated, clean, comfy beds, and modern kitchen. Note that it is a 3 story walk up which was fine for our group.

I can't imagine there's a better spot to stay in Steamboat. We came for a ski weekend but wanted to be close to the restaurants and bars. All the best spots are right outside the door. The space is clean, comfortable, and has everything we needed for our long weekend. Perfect for our group of 3.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was impeccably clean, well stocked, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The hosts thought of everything, including a bottle of delicious wine. The communication was excellent. The location of the condo could not have been better. Excellent restaurants and a riverwalk across the street, which we enjoyed daily.
