The desk staff was AWESOME...super friendly and helpful! The room felt as clean as it could be but the biggest problem was the smell. We had to ask the front desk for Lysol it was so bad...not even sure what it was but it persisted the entire time we were there. Honestly, besides that all was good.

We stayed at the Nordic Lodge for the first time with my service dog. This hotel is outrageous. The staff, cleanliness, beautiful area to shop in close to everything. But most important was the incredible desk personnel Serena…… she was absolutely amazing. She is definitely a very beneficial credit to this property. It was a great three nights. Thank you.
